It’s not a problem as long as you’re needing that amount of cals to grow. The problem comes when you don’t need them and gain excessive fat.
If you need the cals and it’s easier on digestion to eat with high cal/ dense food sources it’s. It a problem

Hey guys! Rest day today! Took 5 cows to a cattle show fairly local to us which was nice as usual they’re Lot further away. Had a good day out we come away with 1x1st 3 x 2nds and 1x3rd had a fairly chilled afternoon watching a film x

I’m with hilly here if she wants to lose fat off her lower she just needs to diet you can’t spot reduce so it’s just time and deficit

Hey guys! Early start to get down the Cheltenham for the shoot. I trained before the shoot to save time coming home so I wasn’t back any later. Shoot went well there’s some awesome new bits it’s a cracking drop!
I did client work on the train there and back. The train got there faster than I would driving so it was a no brainer to get work done too.
Was lovely to get a session in before the shoot too I trained pull and it was super fun to try some different bits of kit x

Hey guys! Busy day client calls/ check ins, farm work, dog walks and training legs! Mega session today all numbers up. Pendulum is starting to feel good now it did feel fairly rough to start off with think that was just a stability issue from being lean post show. This evening I’ve finished off work and chilled x

I tend to do 3 walks a day and just split them fairly evenly but that also depends what I’ve got on at the farm as sometimes I can be doing a touch more where needed so meaning I need shorted walks depending on farm needs

Supplements will help but you’d need to get to the bottom of the issue first rather than just masking it. As rich says get a diagnosis first then as you’re rehabilitating/ fixing the issue alongside running joint supps

Hey guys busy day with client work today. Been pretty much non stop! With breaks for food.
I was supposed to be training legs but I woke pretty smashed and feeling tired and achy everywhere almost flu like. So I decided to swap today and tomorrow’s rest day round to allow me to rest today and sneak a nap in hoping I feel better tomorrow for legs x

No issues with carbs pre bed as long as you have time for them to digest before laying down and also I would trial it as see if you sleep better with or without or with a reduced amount of

Evening all!! So busy day usual client work & farm work. I trained push today – I finally feel like I can really start pushing numbers post show it’s like my joints feel a little unstable more just because I’m lean and then as I reverse I feel stronger and it just takes time for movements to not feel that way. But I’ve hit the point they feel pretty good so I’ve started log booking this week so I can start really progressing usually the first week or 2 in the gym I get use to the movements figure out where I am weight wise then I dig into it.
Todays session was-
Cable single arm side delt laterals
Shoulder press
Db side raises
Cable fly press
Machine dips
Cross over push downs
