    Hey guys! Long busy day for me up early doing farm work then client work/ admin followed by training and then more farm work. Trained push had an awesome session and awesome pump! Felt pretty strong in the gym despite crashing and feeling super tired this evening x

    I’m just going to add it’s not always the coach. A coach can do everything right but still miss a peak. A lot comes down to the client they need to adhere and be open and honest. But also stress, nerves etc can completely hangs a physique for the worse

    Hey guys! Busy day client work/ admin and farm work. Followed by training back – had a super good session we have just started my first off season cycle we’re running primo & anavar 🙌🏼 very excited to get deep into this off season and see what we can build x

    Definitely rest. It can be frosting taking time off the gym but it will help you recover quicker. Rest is needed from training especially when you’re getting symptoms.

    Hey guys! Rest day today! Busy day of farm work, dog walks and admin. But it’s been a productive day. Also managed to squeeze in watching figure pre judge & finals and the men’s open finals! Prague is always a great atmosphere and turn out. So it’s great to watch. Just having a switch off now and a cuppa before bed x

    I do agree with hilly fast acting slin pre cardio isn’t a good idea and GH would be a better option

    Hey guys! Busy morning of client work and farm things haha! Trained today even though it’s usually my rest day just due to my sessions being down this week from being ill. I’m feeling much better so decided to do my pull session so I’ve at least done 3 sessions. I’ll rest tomorrow then back to normal Monday! So looking forward to. I hate resting but tonsillitis really knocked me. Had a chilled evening odd bits of client work this evening before watching Prague pro pre judge mens x

    Hey guys checked in the morning feeling much better today so back to normal training wise. Bw was down slightly and looking a touch tighter but I have been ill this week. Definitely feeling much better now. Hilly has given the green light for my first off season cycle since my show! After my bloods were all clear 🙌🏼 can’t wait to get stuck in as soon as so far training g has been brill x

    I always find weighing raw to be more accurate but either is fine if you stick to doing the same way all the time

    Hey guys! Feel a touch better today but still rough and definitely not 100% I’ve felt pretty tired and rundown. Today’s been a day of client work, calls and farm work. Busy but productive day and early night for me x

    I agree with the others however i don’t think slu and reta are that cheap to run.. if you’re not running for a long period yes but over time it could rack up easily
