    Yeah I agree I wouldn’t do cardio straight after a meal, steps would be ok as they’re pretty steady low impact but cardio would not be the best idea

    Hey guys! So I’ve been hit with tonsillitis I thought I’d probably start to feel better today but I feel worse, rested from training as I’m feeling very fragile right now haha!! Spent the day doing client work and a few client posing calls. Early night for me

    There’s no right or wrong here tbh. I personally for my clients do what’s suits them best. I have clients strapped for time so usually direct cardio is better and less time consuming where as some people love there steps and have time for them and they’re less impact so for some clients steps are the better option. And some people are best with a combo.

    Cals need to reflect output and match for you to make progress if that makes sense

    Hey guys! So got my bloods back yesterday everything is all good bloods were bang on. Best my thyroid has been in awhile I feel pretty stable and balanced hormonally which is where you want to be but especially if you have hashimotos like myself your really feel if something is off it causes flare ups but everything is within range and perfect 👌🏼

    Today’s been a day of client work and admin & house chores haha! I brought my rest day forward a day as I’ve got tonsillitis and felt pretty rough today. I get tonsillitis regular I think last year was the first year in a long time I didn’t get it. But it’s got me this year- for me I usually get over it quick within 2-3 days and it’s only the first day I feel rough then it’s just like a sore throat. My body knows how to fight it at this point after having it every year for the last 10 years or so haha!

    I would just swap up your exercises if you’ve been doing them awhile but also if you’re doing them at the end and they require a lot of stability after you’ve used your core a lot during your session it will already be slightly fatigued

    I’ve you can’t do weighted dips then start by removing/ reducing the support and then start increasing. But for me if my clients can do unassisted I always start them with be and add weight from there

    Hey guys! Busy morning client check ins, dog walks then TB testing for cows so had to halter all the cows up and take them all through the crush a time consuming process but all needed! We have to do it again Thursday for the results. Rest of the day I completed client work and then rained back had an awesome session very good pumps and strength increase on all movements especially my single arm dumbbell rows I’m now up to 37kg x

    Hey guys! Busy day lots of farm stuff today, very full on day like this I’m glad I was prepared in advance and prepped food just makes life easy! Rest day today so just a full outdoorsy farm day and finished the evening watching the Grand Prix live stream so we could watch sas compete x

    Personally for myself and clients I don’t tend to track carbs/ fibre intake what I do is have the same each day with each meal and the same sources that I know digest well the amount you need will be dependent and individual to you. So I guess it’s like trial and error set an amount see how you get on and increase if you feel you need to

    Hey guys! So trained a little earlier today as we had some cows to move, did my client check ins this morning then trained back had a very good session felt strong and my connection felt great! This afternoon we moved some fencing and built new fencing for the cows to move into a new field. This evening weve had a pretty chilled one watching YouTube and a series x

    My rest days are my baseline steps and usually if I have cardio in then my fasted cardio too, I have a fairly active lifestyle so steps is never an issue but if you do struggle getting them in casually you may need to intentionally go out on walks etc
