Hey guys! So busy day at the cattle show. Been awesome to watch the show and we attended the touch of tartan dance this evening/ night just getting into bed so much later night than normal for me haha! X

Personally I wouldn’t push till your bicep isn’t having to be worked around. Once you start pushing you’ll move more weight and potentially knock yourself back recovery wise. For me I never jump in too soon with injuries. For sure test the water but I personally would continue healing stacks and gh and give it more time it’s only been 4 weeks since surgery

Hey hey guys! So today’s been a step heavy day we did lots of exploring went over on the ferry to kerrera and walked round sight seeing a stopped for a coffee. Then headed for a cattle meeting before getting ready for the international cattle meet and greet then this evening we went for a meal at a lovely steak house. We’re back at the hotel and in bed now. X

Hey guys! So checked in this morning. Bw is up by 1lb but we did increase food last week. We’re awaiting bloods coming back before our next move but all is going well, I feel good and strength is increasing nicely. Travelled today to Scotland for the weekend for a busy cattle show and sale. Exciting but busy weekend for us. Just got into bed a little later than normal but we’ve been out being social on the tap water 😂😂

If you’re on prep or pretty lean then yeah I feel it’s pretty normal I too get a little like this some sessions are good some are a meh I find for me it’s mainly down to less pumps and it just not feeling as full

Hey guys! So today has been client work this morning plus a few client posing calls. I then Trained pull – usually this would be tomorrow but we’re off to Scotland so it was easier to pop that session in today. Rest of the day has been spent doing washing, ironing and errands ahead of going to Scotland. X

Evening all. Busy Wednesday, bloods done this morning. Client check ins and then trained legs, had a very good session trained with James he didn’t really train so much was just doing movements with no weight getting himself moving again. Did a quick food shop on the way home and then snook in a nap after my Pwo. Moved some cows to a different field (always fun and games) haha! Then finished off some more client work before chilling watching some YouTube and bits and bob about the Olympia

I would do direct cardio for health steps is just daily movement and wouldn’t be enough. 20 mins would be fine
