    Hey guys! So back in the gym today nothing crazy just eased myself in with back hams/glutes was nice to be back in the gym just moving abit of blood around. Rest of the day was spent doing client check ins & client work & 2 posing calls and admin bits and bobs. Bedtime for me as we have a busy day tomorrow x

    If lifts are progressing still I wouldn’t worry give it some time and if after 2 week it’s still not budged then I wouldn’t worry give bump food a tad

    The best thing to do would be a process of elimination keep the same diet you have and remove one suspected item at a time give it 3-4 days if there’s no change to your digestion add it back and remove something else eventually you’ll figure out what it is.

    I would also look into reducing/ removing sucralose/ sweeteners any additives reduce caffeine

    Hey guys! So still not quite over jet lag I was supposed to be back in the gym today as my first day on plan but I felt so tired I had 2 naps and just felt super groggy since waking up. Just don’t quite feel myself. Hopefully after today’s rest and sleep tonight I feel good to get back in then gym tomorrow. I just know taking the rest now will benefit me especially as i was ill last week on the lead up to my last show and still recovering a little now body just needed a little extra time which is fine. So today was another day filled with client work/ plan changes and also moving/ washing cows ahead of a cattle show this weekend also caught up on bits and bobs in the house x

    All of the above suggestions are great! But ultimately go off feel. You can test it a little super light bodyweight wise and just gauge what you can and can’t do.

    Hey guys! Rest day today big day of catching up on work and client bits and jobs. Doing the laundry and picking the dogs up. And a food shop. Very busy day along with a fairly chilled evening. Bed time for me as I’m shattered jet lag is hitting x

    It could be many things hydration? Blood sugars? But I would see a dr just to rule out anything else

    Hey guys so update for Monday/ Tuesday as long wouldn’t post yesterday I think it was my WiFi on the plane not working properly. Soo tbh not a lot to say we left the apartment at 8am on Monday and we landed in the UK at 9:30am this morning then got the train home and arrived home 3pm. Just settled in food shopped and unpacked. So 2 full days of travelling really nothing too interesting haha! X

    Hey guys! Last day here in Georgia and the US we trained back in mad house gym which was so much fun they have so much kit! We then went to do abit of shopping/ browsing and sight seeing had steak and jacket potato for dinner and then continued sight seeing. We’ve then come back to the apartment packed ready for us to leave early tomorrow morning x
