I do think it’s a very good supplement but if you’re not taking the basics before hand then I would look at taking them first

My thoughts would be change gym of you can’t go at a quieter time. Otherwise you’d have to jump in and work in with people

Hey guys! Leg day today! Different gym today just one a little closer so I’m not travelling as far. Did the usual client work & dog walks/ cows sorted. Had a fairly chilled evening- very much needed after a hectic few days x

I agree with Michaela – try not to overthink if all is good then 1-1.5g per meals is more than enough

Hey guys! So today has been a busy one sorted the dogs and cows this morning. Completed half my client check ins and then headed to the hospital for James coming out of surgery. I then spent so time with him keeping him company. I also did some work whilst there. Luckily James got to come home same day which is fantastic and hopefully can get back to recovering and resting quicker as he never sleeps in hospital – I don’t think many do. So this afternoon I walked the dogs, cooked James tea and my meal. Completed the rest of my check ins and then just winding down now and reading. I moved today’s training session round just due to James being in hospital but I can train thurs/ Fri now and still have my rest day on the weekend

Maybe if you email they might be able to set something up for you but I’m not entirely sure they can but it’s definitely a good idea

Hey guys! Late one from me! Just got back from the hospital. James got admitted in again think they’re actually going to do the surgery they said he needed. Today has been a good day until it wasn’t haha walked the dogs this morning and fed the cows followed by client work and 2 client calls I trained push a little earlier than usual very glad I went early as the rest of the day has been spent looking after James haha bless him! X

Yeah this is personal preference and also how you feel you perform after more vs less food. I know I’m best on 2-3 meals

Hey guys! So first day back in the gym after my deload! Felt awesome to be back strength hadn’t dropped at all which felt good! Todays been a little reset day for me client work and then errands that I’ve not been able to do whilst back and forth to the hospital. So feel pretty accomplished with today’s list of todoos I’ve finished x

Hey guys update for yesterday – final day of deload it’s been nice to rest especially with James being in hospital it’s been on less thing for me to do but also I really needed this deload I’ve had no rest coming out of my show season and it was needed physically and mentally. I feel ready to go back now though. Some good news James come out of hospital today so that’s means he can start recovering and getting back to some sort of normality x
