    Hey guys! Busy Saturday for me 2 client calls this morning followed by washing the cows ready for a show tomorrow it was a very wet and cold day we got soaked but the jobs not done till it’s done

    This afternoon we’ve had a chilled one after a bath which was needed to warm up x

    I tend to do a small amount of mobility work pre training especially in areas I might need a little extra help due to injuries of helping with connection. I tend to do stretching and foam rolling in a morning away from my training.

    Evening all! Busy day client calls & check ins followed by admin. I then trained legs we had a very good session. Crashed hard once I got home haha but that’s usually the case after legs. Had a chilled evening and plenty of downtime which was needed x

    I literally just see if it feels good and I can get full Rom – then yeah I’m good to go

    Hey guys! Had 2 client calls one posing one catch up followed by client check ins and the usual farm work. I then trained this afternoon all numbers up by a good chunk of especially my RDL so I’m pretty pleased with that.

    This evening we’ve had an hour after training to wind down before bed – this is pretty common now me and James literally get 40 mins- 1hr once we’ve both finished working and training but I suppose we make the most of it and really do enjoy when we get more time together. We’re just making it work we’re both so busy but we can’t complain as it’s good

    Hey guys! Rest day today feeling a touch smashed haha! But I just didn’t have the best nights sleep. Busy day all in all, farm work client check ins and then my parents come to visit which was lovely. Walked the dogs this afternoon and watched a film with James to wind down tonight

    Well you’re still going to hit both body parts regardless but obviously you can bias towards what you would like to favour

    It can be taken on its own.

    From what I’ve heard only very minor sides ie nausea etc but nothing too much this will also depend on the dose

    Hey guys! Forum was down last night so I could update.

    So I’ll update for today & yesterday

    So yesterday was the usual Monday, client work check ins, admin work 4 posing calls and then trained pull – had a very good session slowly starting to feel better and better with each session.

    Today again another busy day, client check ins and 2 calls plenty of admin today 😅 trained push had a great session the gym had a new cable machine that it’s pretty cool and you can do all sorts on it so I did side delts & my overhead extensions on it which was really nice so I do think I’ll use that machine instead 🙌🏼 this afternoon I’ve received the tbjp shoot pics from the new drop. So I’ll start posting them from tomorrow. It’s a great drop with some fantastic pieces it’ll sell out for sure so be quick!! I’ll update with the release date once we know
