    Hey guys! Rest day today, started the day off with my usual routine. Then had a supps delivery just in time before I fly to America for all my bits I needed for show. I then met with a lady and gent that come to view 2 retired cows that they are wanting as pets so spent sometime with them brushing the cows and chatting. I then walked the dogs and finished off some client work. This evening has been a pretty chilled one which was very much needed. X

    Honestly I would have a call with them see how they work and see if you click with them because this makes all the difference for me personally fancy spreadsheets and systems etc don’t bother me I’m happy with how I work with my coach it’s simple, direct and to the point and it works very well

    Hey guys! Back to usual today cardio and steps with my usual morning routine. I then had lots of check ins and spent majority of the day doing client work and client calls along with some admin bits and bobs. I trained legs today my sessions have all been dropped to 1 working set and no hitting failure x

    I doubt it’ll impact recovery. Just do it post workout if you can’t fit it in else where. I would just give it ago and see how you recover and then you can adjust from there x

    Hey guys! Second high day today then back to lower days tomorrow before we start the peak. Super excited for this getting the last little bits ready sorted and packed! Can’t wait to be on that plane and in America haha! Last time I went I didn’t wanna come home. Anyway today was reduced steps & cardio and higher food I trained push had a very good session maintained numbers and did posing after and felt nice a full. This afternoon I’ve done some food prep for tomorrow and walked the dogs x

    Hey guys! So checked in this morning we planned on a high day so although it’s nice to eat more I feel sleepy all day ahah! More energy inbetween feeling sleepy but it’s definitely done wonders already for my recovery and fullness I was super flat and struggling with recovery. Today has been lower steps just 8k & 20 mins cardio. Trained pull as normal and had a pretty good session. Check in tomorrow and we will see where I’m at x

    I personally prefer neutral it just feels better for me. I do have the mobility to do pronated but I have hyper mobility so can sometimes cause me a few issues so sticking to neutral is best for me

    Also never had an issue building delts

    Evening all! So rest day today woke up with. New low 128.4 pretty happy with the look this morning, definitely flat but that’s fine. Did my cardio & posing this morning before heading to a cow show for the day. I didn’t show as I didn’t want to get injured etc so close to show but I didn’t help prep the cows and then chilled whilst James showed. Managed to get my steps in fairly easy walking round the show ground and having a look about all the stalls. This afternoon I’ve had a chilled one nice little reset for the week ahead x

    I wouldn’t usually give a client a cheat I would usually do a refeed/ high day. And honestly it’s person dependent sometimes I keep cardio in sometimes I pull it depends how much of a hole they’re in and also at what point they’re in prep and if they’re ahead of behind x

    Evening guys! Busy day today usual morning routine breakfast & then food shop followed by picking up some bits for America and then trained legs. My legs felt a little sore from Tuesday I’m finding now that recovery is really taking a hit as I’m getting a lot leaner x

    Evening all! So today felt like a slog haha! Just one of them days legs felt heavy from training had some serious doms, cardio felt like a drag but it is what it is. Tomorrow it’ll feel a little better when my Dom’s ease a little. Trained upper today had a pretty good session maintained my back strength pretty nicely.

    Rest of the day was spent doing client work and then house chores & admin c
