This is pretty person dependent and also depend how much you’re having. Personally I tend to leave it around 1.5 hours

Hey guys! Day after leg day is always rough haha! Felt a little smashed today but it was rest day and I usually feel like this on a rest day. So usual morning routine with cardio etc then spent the day doing client work and admin followed by dog walk & and evening of client calls and some downtime before bed x

Agree with the above how many times have you tried? What’s your actual goal is it strength: powerlifting or bodybuilding ? Are you in a surplus or deficit?

Hey guys! So back to digging today check in this morning looking a little fuller & leaner so now back to normal diet. Excited to dig a little more and see what more we can get off before my next show. Trained legs today had a really good session definitely think that’s down to yesterdays high day haha! Felt pretty fucked after. Spent the evening finishing client work and doing some admin before bed

Too many electrolytes can cause you to be unbalanced and cause digestive issues. I wouldn’t go over the top with them personally

Foods wise in an off season obviously dependant on digestion these are good carb sources higher calorie and are helpful:
Bagels
Honey
Cor
Bread
CerealFats:
Peanut butter/ nut butter
Dark chocolate
Macadamia nut oil/ avocado oilIf you’ve been pushing for 10 months what are your bf levels like? Could you potentially need a pull back?

Hey as Pheebs has said we all have body parts that take a little extra time to grow.
How long have you been running this current set up? What’s your food like? Are you eating a surplus if so how long for? And what’s body fat like? Also look into your form & execution of your movements. Be super strict on these even if it means scaling weight back initially to reset all movements

Hey guys! So after this mornings check in hilly decided to run a high day steps reduced to 10k and higher food across the day. Back to the usual tomorrow and I know for sure I’ll feel fresher and ready to push on a little more. I had dropped quite a lot over a few days so today was like a little reset before we dig again. Definitely helps especially at this stage.
Trained push today had an awesome session and the a fairly chilled evening x

If bodybuilding isn’t a priority and there’s other things you want to focus on that’s totally fine you can always come back to it fully after studies.
I would look at doing full body or upper lower/ full body so get around 3-4 sessions a week would allow you to maintain muscle fairly nicely potentially even still grow if you’re eating well

Hey guys! Hope you’re all good! So feeling it today Bw is down again by another lb – happy that it’s coming off fairly smoothly but also damn I can feel it haha!! Was dragging my feet on my steps so bad! But we get it done regardless! I then did client check ins and 2 posing calls. Trained pull which was a pretty decent session to say I felt tired. Early night for me x
