    Hey all so super duper busy day today client check ins, client calls, dog walks, feeding cows, admin and lots of emails! Haha I then trained pull and glutes this afternoon awesome session rdls are feeling good! Excited to get nice and strong x

    Lift progression. Are you progressing, if it slips and you’re maintaining keep an eye on it if it drops after multiple session I’d say at least 3 where it’s been stalled/ lower then act on it. Sometimes if it stalls there might be on obvious reason why.

    Hey guys! So today’s been a rest day& a bit of a self care/ catching up on life admin day 😅 spent this first half of the day doing my usual jobs followed by client work and 2 client calls. I then run an errand or 2 and went for my nails doing followed by my hair doing! We have a wedding this weekend so perfectly timed for once lol. Then this afternoon I’ve had a pretty chilled on rewatching Wednesday series before the new one or released soon x

    There’s nothing wrong with prepping yourself but what I would say is why did you get another coach if you want to prep yourself you ideally want to take yourself through and off season and prep. It’s very tough prepping yourself I’ve done it a few times – I do manage it ok I prepped myself and won my pro card.

    If things are going well with current coach what makes you want to prep yourself ? Just the sense of accomplishment? Or?

    Prepping yourself is very hard but not impossible I think once you’ve don’t it you’ll get that big out your system and either love it or want a coach to relieve your head haha

    Evening guys! Busy Wednesday as always client check ins – wed is my busiest day for check ins at the minute. Alongside admin & posing calls. Dog walks and feeding cows it’s a pretty jam packed day haha!

    I then trained legs this afternoon pretty good session starting to feel more stable and a tad stronger nothing crazy but more stable in movements and good connection. Had an awesome session feel pretty pooped now haha! Rest day tomorrow and it’s needed! X

    I’m in the best shape I’ve ever looked . But I’m worried I’ll just come in flat and really fatigued into this show . I’m flying out Friday so no carbs until Friday night and Saturday. Which I’m not too sure it will be enough . Im under my weight cap . Im just my legs are in bits and there’s still cardio to do and no carbs and 30g almond butter

    You need to be open and honest with your coach. A good coach will understand! But also a good coach will know when you call you out on your own bullshit. Maybe with it being your first time this lean you’re just letting your head get involved a little too much at this point in prep I ignore a lot of my own thoughts and just do as my coach says. Give true and honest feedback but ignore your head because I’ve seen people sabotage their own prep from thinking they’re flat and refreshing.

    Just communicate honestly with your coach and a good coach will know what to do and not do

    Hey guys! So today has been client check ins & farm work like majority of my days at the moment haha! I then trained push this afternoon had a very good session pressing felt much stronger and more stable which I’m extremely happy with not actually far off where I was holding in prep before the final weeks where it did drop a tad x

    Hey guys! So today has been a busy on, dog walks and cows fed. Followed by client check ins and a posing call. Client start ups and then more farm work. This afternoon I’ve trained back started doing my Monday session at muscle unit I like some of the kit for back feels like a nice change as I train back twice a week so I do one session at each gym. Had a very good session strength up from last week. X

    I’d have to agree with mads here get back into your usual routine with food, training and output and then reassess after a week to 2 weeks usually this will tidy up anything from holiday

    Hey guys! Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend, another rest day for me did client work this morning, walked the dogs & fed the cows followed by food shop and the more farm work. And then a fairly chilled evening with a nap haha! Early night for me as a busy busy day tomorrow 🙏🏼 x
