    I’d have to agree with mads here get back into your usual routine with food, training and output and then reassess after a week to 2 weeks usually this will tidy up anything from holiday

    Hey guys! Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend, another rest day for me did client work this morning, walked the dogs & fed the cows followed by food shop and the more farm work. And then a fairly chilled evening with a nap haha! Early night for me as a busy busy day tomorrow 🙏🏼 x

    Hey guys! Updating for yesterday and today as I couldn’t get on my log yesterday.

    So yesterday was my pull session I had a fantastic session honestly felt good connection wise. Strength wasn’t fantastic but I’m still early doors post show it’s not going to be mega from the get go it’ll come back in time and I’m happy being patient. Yesterday was also just a day of client work/ farm work, dog walks and a chilled evening!

    Today was a rest day. We took the dogs for a walk this morning fed the cows and then nipped into the town to run a few errands. We then moved a few cows on to a new field – there’s really not much grass right now so we’re moving a lot! And having to feed a lot more hay also 😩 we then made up some new pens for the next bunch of show cows for the rest of the season and then had a fairly chilled evening. Felt pretty tired today but it was my first full week of training also my deep sleep has been lacking I’m getting around 30 mins a night. I’m doing my usual night routine and taking my supps so only thing I can think is it’s just still the backlash of prep. So I’m going to just try my best to do everything I can to get it up. As I am feeling pretty tired and crashing around 12-1pm x

    Hey guys! So rest day today spent majority of the day on calls/ working very productive day. Inbetween work I walked the dogs, and sorted the cows. Had a chilled evening watching a series before bed x

    I echo hilly. I don’t think it has to be cycled as such but I don’t think it’s something you can run long term it’s more so for certain periods ie a cut or reverse from a shoe etc

    Hey guys! So busy day again today client check ins and calls but I’m not complaining about being busy! It’s good and I love it!

    This afternoon I trained legs – legs felt super pumped. Knees were a tad sore but I think it’s just because I’m still early doors post show and still lean I was just gauging number today and figuring out my new plan/ machines etc. x

    If you have 90 mins just make it work. Fit in what you can, don’t mess around in sessions get in get the work done, train hard get out.

    I’ve gone through phases in my bodybuilding career where I’ve needed to be on a strict time schedule and you just make it work

    Hey all! So super busy day had 4 calls/ meetings today 2x posing calls. 1 business call & 1 client consult call. I also caught up on a lot of admin/ house work which needed doing since we got back from America. I also did check ins for my clients on prep. Trained push today was a really nice session first time running this session, was pretty pleased with how it went just setting numbers but super excited to progress with it. X
