    Hey all!! Pull day today had a good session and a lovely pump with some post workout posing. Had a nice walk for my steps this morning and then spent the rest of the day doing client work x

    Hey guys! Trained push today after a super busy morning of client check ins & client work. Had a quick nice catch up and coffee with my mum and dad. Finished my steps post workout with the dogs and prepped my meals for tomorrow. And some down time and chill the evening before bed x

    I agree I wouldn’t use wraps as you’re just masking the problem. I would for sure go and see a physio

    Hey guys! So rest day today for me, went to the great Yorkshire show was such a fun day we did super well with a 2 wins & male overall 1 x4th place, 1x5th place, and 2x6th places. I didn’t show this time but I was the top tier fluffer upper 🤣🤣🤣

    Then this evening I’ve chilled and finished my meals x

    Personally don’t use wraps never have and never will, I prefer knee sleeves – I use the tbjp ones

    Evening all! Busy day today 30 mins walk & posing this morning with the dogs followed by client work & then went for my hair and nails doing before training pull! This afternoon I’ve prepped food for tomorrow for great Yorkshire show & got my clothes sorted. Then had some chill time before bed x

    Stay within a load where you can maintain posture over time you’ll get stronger at maintaining that position and you’ll be able to steadily increase

    There’s nothing set I stone It depends on your structure and build/ muscle and mid section it’s very individual you’d be best trying multiple different ways and see what looks best for your physique if you struggle I would get a posing coach

    Hey guys! Rest day today, fairly busy but easy kinda day. Steps this morning and a nice walk with the dogs even if it was in the rain ahah! Followed by feeding the cows & loading up 4 in the trailers for the great Yorkshire show this week. We then took them to Harrogate bedded them down in the sheds and headed back home. They’re staying with James parents as we’re both super busy to be there all week.

    This afternoon I’ve had a fairly chilled one house bits and bobs caught up on and a food shop. Early night for me as I feel shattered x

    Afternoon all!! So trained at Uf north Leeds today with hilly was awesome to catch up and check-in in person and run over plans. I posed and then trained legs pretty steady session and then finished steps & some work this evening. Prepped some food for tomorrow also and chilled x

    If you work means that you’ll lose out on sleep from getting up earlier I would do post workout but personally I do prefer fasted
