    I agree a few questions are kind of pointless. Cardio you should be telling them not them telling you.

    Narrow down to what you need to know and just get the info you need to make good decisions

    Personally I only use when I need. If I don’t need a belt I won’t use same for knee sleeves

    The knee sleeves help by keeping joints warm and the belt helps support spine and core. But honestly if you don’t need them you’d be better without

    Hey guys! Todays been a nice chill day, rest day from training and basically a catch up day with house work. I also had 2 posing calls which was lovely I really enjoy posing calls.

    Then this evening I’ve had a chilled one and had an off plan meal x

    Hey guys! Rest day today it’s been a very rainy day so spent the day doing client work this morning followed by house work and cleaning and moving the living room round ready to put the tree ups soon x

    It’s normal, shouldn’t be ridiculously high though. So track blood pressure and bloods regularly

    When are you wanting to use? I’ve used fruit juice to add cals to meals pre workout but I wouldn’t advise during training

    I guess it’s kinda like reformed chicken nuggets compared to fresh free range chicken. It’s still chicken but the quality is completely different

    To account for lower output on non training days. Not everyone approaches it this way as there is no right or wrong it’s just what works for you

    There’s no answer to this. There is no set amount- you just need what you need to perform and train well in your sessions and then post workout to help re-fuel yourself. Trial and error amount and then see how it goes

    I just keep consistent with it cook the same way/ same amount. No need to account for loss of fat – don’t worry about it
