You’re trying to use steps and keep hr up but when you’re getting fitter and lighter that will get harder and harder. So I would have set amount of steps per day and just add in cardio separate. Otherwise if you don’t wanna do cardio decrease some food.
Naturally in a deficit you will become a little flat but this will entirely be dependent on feedback as to when you should pull this off and drop any fatigue/ refeed.

Hey all! Busy day for me clients in clinic this morning followed by client rehab plans from home. I then trained push with James I just did his session which was fun ahah! I’m starting a new plan soon so I thought I’d take the opportunity to train with James before my training looks pretty different to his. Then this afternoon I’ve had an off plan meal I say off plan but it was grilled chicken on a naan so nothing crazy. Time for bed for me I’m shattered x

I would only use during training if you have niggles etc otherwise there’s no need

I think glutamine is very beneficial. Eaas I think if you’re trying to save money then potentially drop that and make sure you’re getting enough from food. However I do take both and I tell my clients too but I’d rather they take glutamine over eaas if they had to choose between the too x

Hey guys! Busy day in clinic today. Followed by a very good pull session. Enjoyed a little play on the new hip thrust machine which is very nice! Late evening in from work but tomorrows half day in clinic and half day working from home. My favourite kinda of mix of a day tbh. X

No I would stick to your usual training schedule & days and just do cardio on top. Majority of people who compete and get on stage do cardio & training on the same day. And as for food. Honestly if you’re wanting to do it as an aggressive cut it’s literally 4 weeks suck it up. Otherwise do a longer cut and you can take it steadier and it won’t feel as harsh.

Hey all! Rest day today for me and I really needed it. Walked the dogs this morning followed by client check ins & a posing call. I then went for a massage and my nails doing. And then come home and finished another block of work, client check ins and mobility plans and client replies etc. now I’m ready for bed 😂 x

Hey guys! Full day in clinic, and then a later session than normal. A good session but now I’m feeling pretty tired haha! I always do after a very busy clinic day. These are the hardest days but it’s just learning to manage the workload. Trained push with James was a pretty good session incline press & shoulder press were up in numbers x

Hey all! Busy half day in clinic today – always is busy on a bank holiday. Followed by training legs with James had a really really good session it was so fun. Did safety bar squats first time doing these since lockdown. 90kg was very humbling 😅😮💨 then this afternoon we’ve moved some cows to different fields. Finished off some fencing we started Saturday and then food prep and last meal x
