    We need a little more info 😊 When was the last time you took a deload? What’s your food look like? Have you increased food intake? Has your output changed? How’s your sleep?

    Heyyy!! Second snow day! James was off work so we trained earlier than usual had an awesome session felt very strong!! And then come home cracked on with work followed by some client calls. Me and James than had a sit down and run through our plans for business this year! We have so many ideas and I can’t wait to get these into motion!! Super exciting year ahead šŸ™šŸ¼ Also my shows have been selected and starting to book things already which is super exciting!! X

    Hey guys hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend. Really enjoyed a chill day last day chilling with James before he’s back at work tomorrow. Run a few errands but also plenty of chill time which my legs definitely needed x

  • This is very personal but a lot of people find jasmine rice digests well and tastes nice. As long as you enjoy it and it digests it doesn’t matter

    I agree with a lot of the above back training needs addressing so that less bicep is used. Also if you’re progressing that’s what matters

    Hey guys! Happy Saturday! Leg day today for me had an absolutely awesome session nice weight increase on pendulum up to 3plates and a nice increase on my single leg press too up to 6 plates. After legs I definitely crashed but I always do after most leg sessions I just end up napping so I had a little nap and then did some house work & client work before having a chilled evening x

    I usually opt of 0% purely because it’s lower in fat just my preference but 5% is fine if macros allow. Brands wise I use fage or skyr. I find skyr for me has a nicer texture it’s not as thick as fage. But once I’m on prep for some reason I prefer the thicker texture haha!

    Hey guys! Rest day today for me. So lots of client work/ taking down Xmas decorations and cleaning the house followed by a food top up shop. Checked in with hilt this morning sitting at my heaviest so far with the best body comp I’ve held in an off season so I’m excited to finish this growing phase with a bang! Looking forwards to legs tomorrow x

    Hey guys! Keep forgetting what day it is at the minute as everything was moved around due to the holidays but today was upper day had a very good session. Changed my shoulder press machine as my old one started to give me a sore shoulder for some reason but the new one is fine so I’ll run with that. After training I did a food shop and some house work. Spent majority of the morning / evening doing client check ins and client work. Rest day tomorrow for me x

    I wouldn’t mix any tbh we don’t know what the effects are of mixing it could make them not work as efficiently

    Evening all! Happy new year! Back to the usual for me today! Client work dog walks/ house work. Rest day today for me so no gym but I definitely needed the rest today legs were 100% feeling it x
