    Glute max kick back

    Abductor

    Single arm seated lat pull down

    2×12-15

    Rear delt cable row

    3×12-15

    Machine lateral raise

    2×10-12

    Weight dropped a little to 54.8kg since yesterday’s higher day with minimal steps and zero cardio, really happy with today’s look & mindset.. not long until we begin backing off the end of this week for now we’re back in at baseline!

    Rest day for me today.. woke up back to 55kg again, so we actually pulled back today with zero cardio, minimal steps, and slighty higher nutrition! We pull back to push on!

    13 days out nowwww!! Let’s see what this little pull back brings! I am on day 23 of my cycle, so I’m happy this will be out of the way come show day & we will be in an optimal position!

    New low today! 54.6kg, meg wants to see a little more, a little lighter at around 54.2/3, but yay we’re getting super close now! And I’m really happy with the look, so is she!!

    Yeah I’d say hydration is definitely the thing you want to look at here, I’m 5ft 2 & 55kg, I drink 6l per day 🙈

    Another new low yay. Another step closer!
    55kg bang on today, about 0.5 maybe more idk? to come off i reckon over the next week before we enter peak week..

    The low cals seem to be doing a thing! But away from that, I feel so confident in how im looking right now, my mindset feels so good!

    So we keep this energy going!!!!

    New low for me today, we are on the move, lets hope I have no jinxed this 😀 55.2kg.

    Were getting close now at 2weeks 2days out, as much as were after a certain look which comes before weight, I still reckon we need to be around 54.5kg, so lets see!

    Rest day today!

    We made some changes, it’s time to dig in,

    – 1119 calories on rest day, 35f, 140p, 61c
    – 1496 calories on a training day, 36f, 159p, 134c

    Excited to see what the next few days bring!!!

    Hello mate,

    Prep your meals for 1 meal every 3 hours so for the trip you will need 4/5 meals.

    Option 1 :

    Meals 1 & 2 in freezing bags

    Meals 3 & 4 & 5 in freezing bags FROZEN

    The frozen meals keep the meals 1/2 fresh and they have time to unfreeze during the trip

    Option 2 :

    Bring 2 small <1L Freezing ice packs with you into a 1L Freezing bag (but I always make sure I freeze some meals in case the security take them

    Option 3 :

    Meals 1 & 2 in freezing bags

    Meal 3 in freezing bag FROZEN

    Meals 4 & 5 in dry food : Cream of rice, isolate, bread, fruits, rice cakes, etc

    This is what I do! Either of these! She’s nailed it 👏
