There’s no problem but I agree with the others above regarding getting a wider variety of nutrient from other food sources too!

Agree with Benners here, I’d say if your having productive sessions and your drinking those carbs & aminos with some salt & are going in well hydrated then you’ll be fine to run with this! If you do get a little hunger prior to, you could always make a small shake from whey / oats / banana / nut butter or something 🙂

Rest day for me today, food is sitting a little higher than baseline, digestion wasn’t the best yesterday, weight was up a little today due to that I’d say.. I actually feel a lot more chilled today, it’s been pretty hectic over here in Japan but I feel like we have settled finally – and that’s why it’s always good to get to these shows way before.. it’s a sunny day, I’m just sat outside in the sunshine with my feet on the floor (love a bit of grounding 🤓) all in all a good day so far, off to the gym now whilst Marc trains, off to get our feet done later in the afternoon! 🤝

Training day for me today in Japan, and a higher day with food & minimal steps! Body weight came up 0.4kg on yesterday and I’m just feeling a little generally tired! Let’s see what tomorrow brings! Marc’s looking EPIC, it’s mental! 🥲 so excited for him to compete this weekend!!

Another day in Japan, weight dropped off today to 55.6kg, we usually come to around this before we peak, I keep forgetting that I’m competing infact soon! Which I will confirm once I’m set in stone, I have until the weekend to decide! Anyway come to the gym today and jsut working here whilst Marc trains, slept well but night sweats.. we are about 3/4 days until I should be on, So I’ve been struggling as per at this time which has been a little difficult but we move!!

I agree with the others here.. best to keep them in the higher rep range, I used do them at the beginning of my session, it helped with my core control into my lifts!

Training day for me today! We trained in a pretty cool gym in Japan! Hit up lower and a little upper! Feeling pretty smashed today cannot lie, but after a good nights sleep I’m sure I’ll fall into a routine tomorrow!! Looking forward to the rest of the week!

I’d say your alright – I prefer caffeine from coffee, I find they mess with my gut a little however the majority of people are fine, so if you enjoy it & it’s okay, I agree here you are fine!!

Well, a million hours later, with many delays, rounding the trip up to 8am Saturday uk time to now 11:23am uk time Sunday, we’ve literally just touched down, it’s a 9 hour time difference here so it’s 20:24pm, however we’re here safe & in good time for us to both freshen up!
Saturday was a rest day, & so was today we literally wouldn’t have fit it in!
Let’s see what tomorrow brings with hopefully a good sleep!! 🇯🇵

Right so far, it’s Saturday lol, we fly today, at 2pm, for a 19.5hr flight, we arrive Sunday Japan time 18:30pm! So my logs might get a little bit confusing with the time difference 😂
Anyway, today is a rest day, a travel day, we’re off to JAPANNN, alottttt of packing with 2.5 days worth of meal prep EACH.. 5 suitcases with us to 😆
Really excited however, all prepared as usual so the plan will be fully committed to – hoping they don’t take any food away (has happened to me before) let’s see!
