Training day for me today!
Body weight has dropped a little to 55.8kg, before peak we usually hit around 55.2/4.. we have 2 weeks until the next 🤝 foods around 2200 td and td right now! We had the call today regarding my digestive issues, so changes will be implemented and I’ll update here once everything’s locked in! There is alottttt going on, which really and truly is likely the biggest key to pmdd which I suffer with to,. So I’m really excited for what’s to come!!!@KerrySexton_ifbbpro - IG.

What is your body fat? How long have you been dieting? Do you deload? How long left of a diet do you have? What’s your pre bed meal? What supplements do you take? Do you drink much water close to your sleep time? What’s your salt intake and how much do you have in your last meal?

How many days also do you work per week? It’s most likely going to be that you sleep between 8am – 3/4pm to allow for as much time as possible to sleep here.. however that could change based on the days you work / in a row too.

Training day for me today, the first one since the show at the weekend, things are a little different over here – I’m now training with reps in reserve which is interesting, and really only glutes.. and a sprinkle of upper.. I am now training with a waist trainer too, something I’ve not done in a long time, essentially we want to downsize my core, so less bracing & less reps to failure!
We’re really focusing on my gut / stomach at the moment & I’m really excited as there are many changes with getting rid of the parasites and other things going on (have a consult to find out tomorrow) & then changes with training & eventually the way we will run my offseason!

Planning for Summer 2026 ShapeYou could if your comfortable just drop back down to maintenance, OR you could run a more aggressive pull back again if your comfortable doing so, for 6 weeks or so, to then go back to maintenance again until your ready to hit up a gradual cut for the summer.

Agree with Clare here & feel free to ask their current clients, choosing a coach is so important, it’s always good to speak to a few coaches instead of jumping in to one right away!

What muscle group are you trying to target here glutes? Or quads? Then we will be able to give some more advice 🙂

Post your full workout here so we can see the set up and perhaps help you with some advice on feeder sets here – what Marc said above is correct, so maybe your doing to much to recover from!

Alongside what Jordan has said here, do you focus on sleep and recovery? It could really benefit you to not only dive into training but that also!

3 days post show – a rest day for me, hyperbaric chamber, massage and lots of rest! Back into training tomorrow! Weights stable,the looks holding well! Have a consult booked this Friday regarding my gut so I’m excited about this!! Not much else is going on here right now 😅 Will post my session tomorrow!!!

Agree with the others here! Definitely do this, over and over and over again, even on the days you may not feel like it., they are the ones that count the most!

Rest day for me today, I got back from Romania last night, so have spent the day sorting things out for another travel! Calories remain on the higher end, Kuba & meg have both looked over my nutrition plan, which I am grateful for.. we have had the results back from the GI test, we are having a consult regarding it, it HAS come back with LOTS of answers so I’m actually really happy in knowing we can get to the route cause of what’s going on & why I feel how I feel & why my stomach looks off on stage,. So day kinda made,, once I know more I will fill you all in!

I agree with Kuba here, in moderation it’s okay, it’s usually when we use way too much we have issues.. however I don’t get on well with some sweeteners so I do personally stick to stevia.. but have many clients and like sas says, he is fine with others, so I think it’s person dependant but just better to be in moderation!
