I used to go for all of the funky ones, now I just go for Nigiri, so more like of raw fish on top of a small bed of rice topped with Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp, Egg kinda vibes, probably boring to some lol.. classic rolls like California or dragon rolls are nice.. I like edamame on the side & pickled ginger 🙂
I’m sure the others will be able to give you a better option than me lol, I just find this digests well for me & I enjoy it!

Another push with food today, we are to diced 😂 so, currently until we possibly make changes.. 148p, 91f, 486c – 3355 calories.. the body is on fiyaaaa, a great position for us to be in really, I’m happy with how the look is beginning to change, the show is Sunday, so pushing now so we can back off into the show, minimal steps today, lotssss of time spent in my recovery boots, and a pump session for glutes, rear delts & side delts!
To be fair just feel “normal” like I’m not competing this weekend? Just chill.. best place for me to be, lots of chilled happy vibes!!

What was the reason you left your first coach? Because working with someone is often about collecting data.. so going from coach to coach you may find you run into the same issues until you allow someone to really understand your body? If things have been going well with you current coach, do you not trust them enough now to continue the process with them? On the flip side, if you feel you trust you self enough to coach you self then yes you could go for it, I personally would end up pushing my self to hard & to far when often it’s just not needed as I’ve experienced with Meg after her learning my body,, it’s a hard one but yes, I’d love to know your reasons for a) leaving the last coach & b) now leaving this coach providing things have been going ok?

Agree with Jordan here, I’d say also you’re very active so likely pretty fit.. I’d then as Jordan said just looking at optimising the other variables here, do you get regular blood work?

Busy travel day for us today, eyyyy we’ve finally just arrived in Italy!! I had a joint new low today, after a couple of high days too, so we’re back where we were, Meg added a little more to my meals today, then once I check in when we arrive at our apartment we will likely be adding to meals 5 & 6.. starting to feel even more excited now we are here, roll on Sunday 🥲🤝

Training day for me today, one set only now, as we are in peak week.. and another high day, higher than yesterday at 431 carbs, 41 fats & 124g of protein! Feeling good! It’s been a BUSY day of packing last min bits & making sure I’m ready for the next 7 weeks! Excited to take you all with me! I’ll make sure I post some pics this week!

I agree with what the others have said, personally we’ve never used this process with me, I think most people just add both more fats & more carbs, it’s the most predictable outcome imo, just more of what you have.. if you look good from a week out, I personally just think it could be more risk, I’d rather things be mostly the same, just more of depending on the look. Hopefully this makes sense!

The looks good, it’s just I’m still struggling with my stomach.. it’s been 3 days 🌚 but hay! Once the stress drops off we are going to be good!! Almost finished packing for Tuesday, slowly but surely! Just at the nail shop now with Marc having a pedi! 🤝

I would say you may need to lighten the load a touch, as you got into the set you became unbraced, using your body for momentum.
Make sure your shins stay vertical to the floor in line with your ankles, make sure you keep your tail bone tucked under throughout the set, keep your head in a neutral position, squeeze your glutes throughout the entire set, inhale into your chest through your nose as you lower the weight down, exhale out through your mouth as you drive the weight up, aiming to keep your belly button to your spine, keep your full foot & toes driven equally through the floor, with your feet shoulder width apart, aim for a 2 second hold & squeeze at the top, lower the weight down for 2/3 seconds.
Hope this helps!
