    Rest day for me, 2 in a row, we have started the peak, we are there, I feel it, I see it, i’m so happy! I hit the same weight today as yesterday 54.4kg,I can definitely tell i’m almost ready & in a littleeee bit of a hole because digestion hasn’t moved since wednesday.. so it was interesting to still wake up as light today, but from here, the focus is getting fresh so I know all will be fine, I am still really tight which is crazy! excited for the next few days!

    Rest day for me today, body weight has stayed down from yesterday’s drop, it’s 54.4kg so 0.1 up from yesterday! It’s been a day of work, cardio, steps, treatment with muscle matters & a bit of packing, nothing to fun over here to report, another day doing the do!

    New low today, 54.3kg, we are moving! I can definitely feel it today hunger is sky high, BUT I’m soooo happy with the look, we’re almost ready to pull back now & head into the peak.. so exciting!!!

    Today’s session was still a good one – holding / progressing everything! Have quite a bit of shoulder pain today however which does worry me a touch, but it usually calms down the day after!

    Glute med kick back

    Rest day for me today, had a 2am wake up, the body did not want to rest, or nap for that fact! So we backed off of steps, and no cardio.. digestions been off again, I think it’s just a back end of prep thing which tells me we are nearly ready! A little more to go.. it’s still been a great productive day! Ready for an early night! But yeah all in all another good day on prep!

    Whey we finally saw a drop & have entered 54.9kg today, Meg has been very focused on the look so there really haven’t been any changes since the last! I posed post workout today & was super happy with the look & how different in a good way it is from last year! I feel as if we are nearly ready now I’d like to just see my glutes a little more “hard” when I do my back walk!

    Todays was training day, it was a good oneeee!

    Rest day for me today, 15k steps, 35mins cardio, 1224 calories, 2 weeks out today, crazzzzy, we’re jus taking things day by day with daily check ins, we’re both really happy we’re pretty much there, a little more fat loss into this week then we begin to back off!

    Came to a spa today, surprised Marc for his birthday so that’s been a nice day, currently awaiting a couples massage ✨

    Training day for me today! Also Marc’s birthday! 🥰 we attended a gym leco event as they’re our sponsors, was a great day out at BB Physiques gym in chesterfield, definitely reccomened it if your local! Just out finishing steps now (15k), then off for an early night!
