Honestly I’d just use the sauce it won’t be many calories at all, if you enjoy your meal with it then go for it! I use sauce all year around!

Rest day for me today! Another check in, and I was wrong, Meg has made no changes! She’s happy, we are changing! This prep feels so different to me, don’t get me wrong, at times it’s hard, but I’m still on 1700 cals on a training day & 1400 cals on a rest day with only 7x25mins cardio & 13k steps, I’m used to a reaaaal dig, so it feels very strange to me!! I’m waiting for more with 24 days to go.. but hay! What we are doing is working & Megs happy!!

Agree with Clare here, but also, what fruit & vegetables are you consuming exactly? How much sodium, and I’d also bump your water intake up!

I have Table spoons of Aloe, I eat 20g fresh raw ginger, I have 1 whole squeezed lemon & 10g L-glutamine, works well for me, you could blend your ginger, I just can’t be bothered..

Rest day for me today, a pretty simple day, client work from 5am, steps, cardio, posing & more steps to walk home from 7:30am ish.. home to eat, more work, a nap, steps, more work, some cooking, more work, more steps and here we are its 6pm, getting ready for the evening meals then off to sleep 😀 scale weight has dropped back down, 55.7kg, were on the move & I have a feeling we are in for another drop, so lets see!!

Today was a great session! The rest yesterday was clearly needed, we are approaching my cycle which is know is a hard time for me personally, but my mind has felt clear today, and I had a great session, I am nice & productive & not feeling so down & tired, I also slept in a little longer today 5am instead of 4:15am.. I go to bed around 8:20pm.

Agree with the others here, lots of different approaches, it is very person dependent I wouldn’t stress about training on holiday & enjoy your time if that’s what you want to do a week off won’t hurt, but at the same time if you want to, then go, I think it can also be goal dependent!

Weight up 0.2 for me today this morning, so still nice & low, we’ve gone with a full rest day which was always meant to be a rest day today but now with zero cardio with minimal steps, it’s that time of the month for me, everything has felt hard, honestly.. but hay! Hopefully I’ll be feeling a little more restored to resume tomorrow, no changes have been made to my diet & we’re still on track!

I personally don’t advise training in a corset, I find it effects the way we breath & brace.. I wear mine a couple of hours a day, there’s no real evidence to say if they work or not, I do just for peace of mind.
