Hit a new low this morning, 55.6kg so -0.6kg since yesterday which is exciting, and a new low on average, the look is definitely improving, touch wood digestion stays this good to after some recent struggles!
4 weeks to go. Still on 1700 on TD & 1400 on RD, 7×25 cross trainer, 13k steps!
Usually I swear we’re approaching sub 1000cal on rd by now – this is new for me! Touch wood things keep moving!!

Rest day for me today, a nice little drip throughout this week & a new prep low on average now which is fab! Today is a not so heavy day with client work, my brain feels like it’s been going 1000mph with lots of things going on this week, so steps cardio were done this morning, been in my recovery boots & actually today I’m just going to try & switch of mentally a bit & just take some time for my self as it feels I’ve not done in ages! 🤝 sometimes mental recovery is just as important as physical so making time each week is important but recently I don’t feel I’ve been able to! So today feels a lovely day as much as being busy is a blessing & i miss it when I’m not!

A wicked session today, I’ve been struggling with my digestion a lot the last 4/5 weeks, we’ve made a lot of changes, adding in wilted spinach to many of my meals, I’ve also reduced the amount of squash I have, even though it’s the same for me in offseason, the spinach increase seems to have done the trick!
Regardless though as much as weight was sticking it’s now started to drop with digestion improving, my front shot was awful even Meg would agree, because of my tummy, but it’s finally starting to improve!
Had an awesome session today, still really enjoying all of the prep feels, we’re crazy aren’t we haha!

I agree with the others here, however by taking away to much fibre you will notice POSSIBLY that your digestion changes, so I’d maybe not take away completly the fruit but just drop it a little 🤏

Rest day for me today, morning cardio, steps, spent some time in the recovery boots and have had a treatment from muscle matters who travels to our house! Not much else has really gone down today, all in all a good day!!!

How long have you been on your cut and how is it going so far without cardio? If you are losing weight you don’t necessarily need to add it in yet & before you do add it in you could just look into increasing steps & use it as a tool later down the line.

Great session today below!
Weight came down a touch today after more food yesterday and minimal steps, today was minimal steps & zero cardio! Tomorrow we’re back to it!! 🤌

Hey all
So today was my usual rest day. I actually did cardio and steps, but after feedback from Meg this morning she told me to keep steps to a minimum and a little extra food added to my last meal of the day to help me drop some fatigue that has been built up.. i woke up around 2am & that was that today! Crazzzzy!
Marc also surprised me today, a few hours away from work life with red light therapy and infrared sauna for us both which was super thoughtful and really nice to just be, speak together and help our recovery too! All in all a great day!
