2×12-20A great session, every session has been solid recently, in a really great head space even if I feel tired before going in, just keep telling my self we have a job to do, which always blunts out my emotions!
Cardio post workout & posing today, a chilled Sunday with some work, steps & some work on HECXTN!

I agree with Jordan here, it’s a hard one to take, our ego doesn’t like it, but it’s normal & we have to be smart to avoid injury! As the others have said, it’s important to stimulate the muscle to keep hold of what we have built, so keep a good focus on form!

A rest day for me today with my split of one day on one day off, pretty tired and hunger has hit today, a big big sleep incoming, my body feels like it’s changing fast so this is keeping things exciting, it’s kind of a nice feeling to be feeling this way, loving the grind of prep!!! 🤝

Wicked session today at ultraflex rotherham, filmed for YouTube & went to see meg today, she’s super happy with things which is great and fills me with relief lol!!

How are your stress levels & how is recovery? Sometimes stress can play a role in hunger dropping! You may be finding the bloating / stomach pains due to not eating enough which could explain not going to the bathroom regularly – you could post your diet here, what’s your fibre intake?

Digestion hasn’t been great, so we’ve just backed off a little! It’s been a busy working day, still did cardio this morning & my fasted walk, then after checking in the decision was made! Looking forward to getting back to those tomorrow!@KerrySexton_ifbbpro - IG.

Agree with Kuba here., one thing I will say is be carful these days, definitely speak to clients of the coach, a lot of coaches focus on content over service (NOT ALL).. but it is easy to think someone is a great coach.. even when I joined Meg I asked a few of her clients how she works.. no coach will / should ever have a problem with this!

Rest day for me today! Reduced steps & brought a new Apple Watch, my Oura ring hasn’t been tracking my steps properly so goodness knows how many I’ve been doing, but I’ve fallen into a little hole so I’m thinking a lot as I feel I’ve been walking all day long & 13k should be easy for me to reach, my legs feel battered! 😂 my phones been reading much higher and I don’t even carry that around! Weight was up today to,. No changes upon check in but just seeing what happens now with steps being more accurate! Let’s see 😂 so yeah.. a restful day was had!

Agree with hilly & haider here, sometimes we want it for people more than they want it them selves, it definitely can be a hard one – but agree there’s not much we can do!! Just keep focusing on those who do want it!
