I’d also check that your performing it correctly, maybe send one of us a video, sounds like you should see a physio as the others have advised!

To add something different to what the others have said here with their great points, next time you diet, it also make sure you can plan a reverse so your in a better place mentally, 9kg is a lot to put on in such a short space of time & has probably left you feeling quite deflated, your body maybe tired also from trying hard since being back to shift it all back off which could explain feeling slightly softer / watery.. coupled with the fact that of course you have gained body fat,

Rest day for me today! 13k steps, 25 cardio, pretty tired today, so grateful for the rest from training, looking forward to an early night tonight, it took me 1.14 to fall asleep last night, and I think yesterday just felt a lot, with us being 6 weeks out I’ve not got much planned for the weekends ahead for any travel so I can keep recovery in a great spot, meg also advised the same today so we’re on the same wave length here! Time is flyyyyying – I checked in today, no changes were made Meg said I’ve changed a lot visually this week which was to be expected also with the cycle drop off! Looking forward to the week ahead! Let’s gedddittt.

Some good points here by the others, I’d say it mainly depends the goal / what you are trying achieve.. maybe you could explain your thoughts for either method.

I’ve had some really great feedback from clients since they’ve used join in so I’m with the others on that one – however do agree with rich here regarding cure coming being a great all round supp, so if you can’t get the full stack maybe opt for these!

Rest day for me today, client work, steps, cardio, filmed for YouTube, more steps, got my hair done, more steps now, then a nice early night! Have a posing seminar tomorrow that I’ve collabed with Kompak for, so all set and ready to go for that which I’m excited for!

Some good points here, I think it’s likely a case of finding out what works best for you! Maybe try a few ways for a period of time and see how you get on!

1×20 (very light & half reps got a pump)Todays session was great, we’ve been able to add hip thrusts back in, and I managed to do db rdls, and some machine side lateral raises!
I’ve torn my labrum.. so it’s all been a little bit hard – but where there is a will there is a way!
Will be having the operation post prep!!

Rest day for me today, to be honest guys, just a standard one with a Thai massage, 13k steps, 25 cardio, posing, mobility, and filmed for the bikini insider with btstv which I do each Wednesday, so all in all nothing exciting!

Training day today & was an OKAY one, tried some upper body, which diddnt go tooo bad, but am in pain now so thinking perhaps I rushed in to soon post injection!
Really thriving in prep at the moment & enjoying the cardio, steps & lower food!!
Came on today which was many days early but welcomed, because that means we’re onto a good run & the last couple of days have been good for where I’ve been in my cycle! So I’m excited for the body to adjust & weight to drop back down & to keep moving on with this prep!

[ive been doing it for like 8 months i think now im progressing quite nicely but im getting to a point where the sessions are taking so long but no it is going well i was just wondering about upper lower as i think i would enjoy being there 6 days a week]
I actually agree with the others here, id probably question how hard you are going with your sessions if you are able to train 6 days in a row.. also remember, we grow when we rest & recover.. as much as we all enjoy the gym, just have a look through some of the athlete logs, those who are making great progress, recover well.. it might just be worth thinking about..
