I always opt for my highest carb meals pre and post workout, as the others have said, what are your current macros at the moment, how do you feel?

How deep in offseason are you? How long have you been dieting? It is common, even when consuming whole foods if it’s been a long push up.. how are you looking? It could be time for a pull back possibly?

Rest day for me today, cardio, steps, a nap, meal prep for the 2bros pro qualifier, handed out the pro card for bikini & goshhh it makes me feel so at home being on stage, roll on the next 7 weeks!! Saw Meg today too, she’s happy (yay) also got a 1st & a 3rd for my clients! All in all a great blessed day!!

Training day today & a really great session, 7 weeks out this weekend & as much as food has lowered to now 1737 on a training day to 1471 (previously – 1911 td & 1715 rd) I’ve not YET noticed a difference in day to day or the gym, mind over matter 👊..
We’ve made some changes to my programme AGAIN, honestly I don’t advise changing as often as me but we’re navigating a little niggle right now! But we’re getting round it just fine 🤌

Hey Simon, I find since adding carbs to my workout the last couple of years, my energy remains a lot more consistent, even when dieting & I don’t feel any extreme energy dips, i literally wouldn’t want to train without it, I use performance fuel in berry burst by tbjp which is great quality .. code kerry10 is my discount code if you want a discount or you can use any athlete code 🤝

I agree with both Clare & Hilly here, it’s best not to rush & to hold, honestly, take your time, as hilly said the more patient you can be the better!

Average rest day for me today!
Cardio, Client work, steps & not much else!
My body weight seems to be dropping down a little now, we did hit 55.9, a couple of times, but it went up post diet break & deload then I hit ovulation, so I dont suppose ill see it come all the way down until post cycle, we are 57.7kg BUT the look is leaner than the 55.9 which is encouraging!
lets keep doing the do, 7 weeks to go!!!

You can literally eat anything you like. What macros are you aiming for in that meal? Do you prefer savoury or sweet?
Really i don’t have preference 🙂 the most of the time i eat eggs,oats,whey,nut butter and fruits. Now i am on the cut ,so i will have to cut crabs form meal 1 . And now i want to change a little bit,also i am starting mi job from 7 am,so i need something that i can make fast

A great session for me today, went as above, had to force my self through this one a little, but in doing so, we did it & did it good, increased numbers, worked to failure & couldn’t have given anymore!!

Rest day for me today, and jeezzz I woke up at 12am & couldn’t get back to sleep – I went to bed at 8pm, but yeah thats not optimal is it, hr was high (pmdd) and that triggers anxiety then yeah, i’m awake.. so I just got up and started check ins, so its been a very very restful rest day with minimum steps and lots of naps in-between an appointment and work! will be back to normal tomorrow and back to my usual training day!!

Jordan has said this better than I could.. one thing to add, is I also remember my goal, so if you have a goal, think about it deeply, think about someone else working harder than you and how that would feel.. then give everything you have, don’t listen to your body when it tells you no, and when it tells you no, which it may.. thats when you tell it yes, you can then most of the time find more!!

Was a decent one today!
It’s been a pretty average day over here, training, work, steps, we’ve not made any further changes to my programme as it stands, I’ll be updating Meg tomorrow and we are going to see where we are at!

Lots of great advice here from the others, I really reccomend the joint stack & also, as rich mentioned here, are you having any deep tissue work & do you do any current mobility? It might also be worth posting your programme here, we may be able to advise re ordering potentially as Marc said.

Rest day for me today, so cardio, steps, some client work, then out for the day for a girls day with Marc’s daughter, so all in all a lovely day! Love my weekends with her, takes me out of my bubble so it’s a great re set for the week!!
