Today was a training day! Was a really good one!
Went to sleep at 7ish pm last night, woke up at 12 for the Olympia tv interview then went back to sleep around 2pm!

Rest day today, cardio, steps, just the normal!! Just waiting to go in for my scan, doing some work following on from this mornings work block, have a treatment today. Then I’ll be heading to sleep early BUT waking up around midnight for the Olympia Tv interview which I’m super excited for – it starts at 1am, it’s live so it’s us time, then I’ll be heading back to sleep! 🤝

I think the others have given some really great advice here, I’d definitely consider dropping the steps at least 6/8 weeks before your diet phase begins, and possibly reducing the cardio then too, so as like the others have said, you have tools in the box to use when you need to when dieting.

Back in the gym today, was a greaaat session!! A lot more energy, and fullness which is always lovely, Super happy about this, plus I’ve managed to find a movement that I can perform for rear delts, a rear delt row.
I actually have a scan tomorrow on my shoulder to see what’s going on, I’m training through it atm with some pain, but megs been great at helping me find ways around navigating this! Will be about 7 days before we have some answers! So will share once they are back!

Day 3 of my deload today! It’s been a busy working day with a few appointments! Meg put in some more food to my last meal this evening, my usual rest day calories are around 1720, this diet break has been around 2220 with rest, apart from tonight with additions to my last meal so I’m guessing reaching around the 2500 Mark – I have tightened up so much and feel so much fuller so I can’t wait to train again!! Weight had come up a kilo- ish but im not worried – long gone are those days, I reached a new low with my waist today aswell at 24.5 – the body is interesting, I’m so glad we did this! Roll on getting back to the dig!!!

Day 3 of the deload today!
Haven’t really felt that great to be honest, ovulation has begun.. but also I’ve just had a stomach ache alll day & have been pretty tired, I sometimes find when you take a deload, all of a sudden within a couple of days, something catches up with you & you feel slammed! So hopefully with a good night sleep & after a restful day we back fresh tomorrow, as I’m so ready to get back into it on Thursday!!!@KerrySexton_ifbbpro - IG.

Day 2 of the deload / diet break!
Weight came up to 56.4 today, so 0.5 off of my lightest, looking forward to today, a full day at hope, about to take a nap now as I’ve finished work block number 1 of the day & feel super tired, so a little reboot then we hit up the rest of the day with work and I’m also filming for YouTube & have some around the house jobs to do!
This week has been needed for sure 🤝 I can’t wait to lock in however and miss training already 😂
