Thank you very mucho masters, in truth is that I had already experienced something like this before, training that were excellent after sleepless nights, but I still decided to ask this question because I didn’t know if this was the right decision to make.Thank you all for your attention

always worth an ask, I just think it’s very dependent on how you feel in that moment, if I felt that that awful then I wouldn’t – if I felt ok enough to suck it up i would, variables won’t always be perfect..

Rest day today, 20mins cardio this am! Trained yesterday and back in tomorrow – struggling pretty hard with pmdd, honestly. sometimes just wish there was an answer, as it makes me question lots of things especially prep! We have Marc’s daughter today so I’m just trying to perk up and be normal which I feel take a lot of energy with the symptoms!.. But hay, we move, we have to!! Hopefully tomorrow’s a better day!! Sorry to be all negative but I guess hay, it’s real!

Well I didn’t have a chance to try if it hurts while working out since it started 3 days ago when I was doing hack squats so I don’t know if it hurts now

In that case, I’d go to the gym and see how it feels. Warm up well and build the weight up slowly. If you feel pain and won’t be able to get a productive session in, then leave. If you can manage to do something, even if you’re just moving some blood around, then do so.
But isn’t it still better to rest even if it hurts even just a little bit?
I thought you said you didn’t know if it still hurts. If you’re unsure, just rest.
It hurts while I walk so I assume it will hurt while training legs, especially while doing squat patterns and leg extensions
Sounds like you’ve made your mind up really.. you know your body more than us.. I’d go get it checked over if it hurts whilst you walk ..

Agree with Adam here, I’d go based on how you feel & just make sure you recover well from here with some consistent quality sleep!

Honestly, your muscle will come back super fast, when I broke my foot, I was destroyed seeing how much I had “lost”.. I don’t think you ever believe it until you see it but it will come back, give it 4 or so weeks of consistency & you will be surprised..

As Marc said, just make sure you are allowing for recovery.. & go easy on yourself 🤝

Another rest day today, the backs feeling a lot better this evening after treatment last night, this morning & then physio.. so we now have some answers & it’s basically long story short all coming from my hip!

Weight dropped down a little today, hoping to be back to everything properly tomorrow, just remaining positive and this is just one of those small bumps in the road that often happen to us all & has happened many times before. So still positive! 12 weeks out this weekend! 🤝

Rest day for me today, unfortunately hurt my back last night after cardio, was hoping I’d wake up & it feel ok, hence not mentioning it yesterday, it came on pretty intense post cardio.. currently on my way for a physio appointment so we shall see! I’m sure it’ll be ok asap! 🤝 weight came up today 0.8kg & feeling a little off with pmdd to.. but it’s always “fake weight” at this point of my cycle, it’ll be back down! We move! ✨

Had the PRP / cortisone injections – no lifting at all for 7 days, physio post this time. Currently my right hand is numb lol. Lots of cardio and a few leg days.

I hope you recover well, definitely try to rest, it’s a good opportunity to do so, maybe treat it as a deload, keep us updated!!

Hey Marcus, your exercise selection and order looks good here. With your chest being a muscle group you want to bring up, you have done the right thing here on your upper sessions placing this early on in your workouts

No experiences for my self, what is the body part you are having this on? Have you tried other ways of rehab before this with physio / doing mobility?

The final day of the deload & we’re back in tomorrow, weight came down today to 58.2kg, yesterday I had a Thai massage & a super restful day, today Marc surprised me AGAIN, this time with a trip to a recovery centre in Coventry where we did ice baths & infared saunas, such a great day & an amazing end to the birthday week hehe, the boy did good, so grateful.
