    Great session today,

    Todays session:

    Side lateral raise (single arm)
3×12-20

    Hip thrust
2×12-20

    Glute press through
2×12-15

    Glute leg press 
1×12-15

    Abductor
2×12-20

    Machine lat row
2×10-12

    Strength felt high, increased across all lifts in some way, chuffed with that!! Spent the rest of the day working and had some new client calls! 🤝

    Day one of the Olympia prep has begun – heading into my first ever Olympia, I cannot believe it!!

    Meg gave the go ahead and I am sooo excited for it, we’ve dropped around 200/300 calories across each day, I’m on 2314 on training day, 2090 calories on rest day, steps are the same, no cardio has been added and we have 17 weeks 5 days to diet!

    I’m super excited to document this journey especially on here, the highs the lows and everything in-between!

    So let’s go, excited for my first session on prep tomorrow!! 🎉

    Fully agree with hilly here, I think you’re in a great spot to keep moving forward with your diet here given how you are also feeling!

    You’ll give your self a greater run way to improve by starting at a leaner set point!

    26 weeks into offseason, where has time gone.. I am really not feeling the hunger anymore at all and am soooo ready to diet, however a great position to be in, I’d rather start a prep like this than be hungry 😅 hoping Meg starts prep sooner than 2 weeks time if I’m honest / but we shall see on tomorrows check in 😂.. a girl can wish!!!

    Training was great today, had an early session then it’s pretty much been work all day!!

    Glute med kick back

    I agree with the others, since learning to train with full range of motion and good execution (learning to train properly) I’ve noticed the amount of injuries I’ve had / little niggles I always used to have, have reduced, I also think it’s great to have regular sports massage..

    However if you are experiencing problems, it may be worth going with the approach alison has suggested here!

    Lovely rest day today spent with Marc & his daughter, we went to the arcade – I made Marc go on some simulator ride, safe to say he loved it .. haha (not) we also took a trip to Costa & did some shopping! A really nice dayyyy of switching off, back to it tomorrow with lower!!

    I wouldn’t worry about it, I’m sure if you give it more time it’ll also begin to come in, however I’m interested to hear some of your answers to Clare & Michaela!

    Training day for me today, slept for 9 hours last night, diddnt set an alarm, needed!!! Solid session today, trained at another gym called shreds in swaddlingcote with Marc, brought back lots of old memories we used to train here on prep in 2022..

    Another rest day for me today, just woke up feeling super slammed so we decided to run one extra rest day and I’m back in tomorrow!

    Got a massage today to help aid recovery, spent the day working, prepping some food and that’s about all!!

    Looking forward to getting back in tomorrow had some really great sessions this week!!

    Hey so just like dieting you can’t spot reduce where body fat comes off from. This is the same for if insulin was to be used during the peak process, it’s impossible to target once specific muscle.

    Today is a rest day for me, filming for YouTube, working, designing for our new brand, aiming to switch off early this evening! Looking forward to being back in the gym tomorrow!

    You won’t regress or lose any progress, but you will gain so much in some nice quality time with your family, there is so many places these days that you can make good choices, but I totally agree with the others above.. don’t stress & take it as a deload! 🤝
