I totally agree with Claire here, pumpage & my personal favourite is sour cherry, I’d also add eaa & an intra carb in, how do you currently place your carb intake? There could be some changes you could make to your meal plan with heavier carbs into the afternoon a couple / few (depending on the phase you’re currently in) of meals before you train to make sure you are fuelled adequately!

Got in nice and early for todays session (for me anyway 😆) 9am after one meal, had a wicked session!!!! All numbers increased, energy diddnt feel all that high going in, but soon forgot that once I got my self in the zone!
Rest day tomorrow then filming with magic eye for the tbjp site Wednesday which is exciting!!!
Got my hair done this afternoon 💁♀️ all client work is boxed off for the day.. drive home then get started on our brand with Marc! (Some exciting news coming sooon)

A rest day for me & a nice lay in today, some housework, preparing food for us for tomorrow, a posing client, client call, some more planning with Marc & a trip to Costa then to choose me some glasses 🤓.. all in all a good Sunday, I’ll get an Offplan meal tonight (Marc won’t bc he’s on prep hehe) then back to it tomorrow with training!

Had a meeting this evening about something pretty exciting, other than that just client work & the norm! Looking forward to a chilled rest day tomorrow with less work than my rest days in the week & spending some time with Marc 👏

I haven’t seen much change in the mirror. I weigh myself every morning after wake and using the bathroom. The past month I’ve been averaging close to 12k steps a day. I ride my peloton bike and try to be in the range of 110-120 bpm.
Sounds like a change to nutrition is needed!

Standard client work, posing lesson, walk, meal prep, cleaning apart from ⬇️
I went for an eye test because I feel like I keep going cross eyed when it hits about 3pm onwards & I start to feel knackered 🤣 I literally can’t look at my phone properly 🤣 – anyway, turns out I need glasses, yay. Excited to be able to not feel cross eyed all the time & it’s a simple answer! 🥰.. I couldn’t make a decision for frames, so have to drag Marc there tomorrow 😅🤭

I’d look to be lowering calories through carbs too instead of making a change to output & I agree you should then start to see a decent shift.

Side lateral raise (single arm) 3×12-20
Hip thrust 2×12-20
Glute press through 2×12-15
Glute leg press 1×12-15
Abductor 2×12-20
Machine lat row 2×10-12
3 sessions mapped out for me, so I rinse and repeat these, one on one off!
Today was an early one & a good one, took some progress on most lifts, energy in the gym felt great today considering it was early to! (8am) so only one meal in!
The rest of the day has been spent working!
