Training day for me today at my old gym.. it honestly was such a fantastic session, more so just looking around remembering how much I grew there.. if your ever around Worthing / lancing / Brighton.. south coast gym lancing is literally amazing. I was looking at old photos of me, all my old trophies, so so many memories.. I feel truly grateful this evening to everyone who has been a part of my journey!

Rest day for me today, I’m down south seeing my family. I’ve had a week off of the gym, I was meant to go back today but was waaay to tired so we said there is no point going in and may aswell take just one more day to be fresher! Excited to be back in, and back to my home gym south coast gym 🙂 weight is 56.1kg atm when I left for vegas it was around 58, so hoping to see this come back up but I was extra busy there and literally awake for days sooo let’s see!

Just landed in the uk, ahhh what an experience!!! So so so glad I went! Nice to be back with Marc! I diddnt go home I went down south to see my family until Friday! 🙂

Final day in vegas!! Fly tonight 10pm, Monday, land tomorrow Tuesday 16:05.. just off out for a coffee, and pretty much just working and chillin..
Body weight has dropped since I’ve been here from 58 to 56.1.. I’ve not trained as much as I’ve wanted to but I’m not mad, I’ve lived & it’s been needed! It’s honestly been the best time here but i can’t wait to settle back truly into routine!

Rest day for me today, went to the Olympia champions seminar, now off for a steak with the champ jazzy, suki, Marnie, cash, jazzys mum & partner..then chilling for the rest of the evening as it’s absolutely needed right now!!! Another day of amazing experiences!!!

On my way to the expo for the most exciting one for me, the bikini prejudging, so just a day at the expo! Only slept for 2:40hrs last night as I have clients competing in the uk who are all looking fantastic! Finals was insane last night such a great experience which I’ve never even been to before I diddnt go last year! Still sticking to my normal meals and everything!

Training day for me today! Had the best night at the super star kick off party – this trip has been insane so far!!! Weight has dropped whilst out here but I’m not surprised steps have been mad, the heats dry, so it’s probably made me drop a little water.. but hay! Off to prejudging now!!

Training day for me yesterday with a mix of upper and lower, soaking in all the vegas vibes! Spending time with great people! It’s been amazing here so far! I definitely made the right decision in coming that’s for sure! Not sure what sleep is right now but for the first time in ages – I’m like whatever, living the vibes!

Travel day, so a rest day – off to vegas we go!
Client work around the airport / flights as normal, set some intentions for what I’d like to achieve whilst away in vegas to make this trip even more worth while!
