As hard as it is I agree with Allison here, I would say sitting at at-least maintenance is best, which you may find hard, but it really will help aid your recovery.. however as billy said, I’m not as sure on this type of operation & the recovery..

They all look fine to me, I just prefer having magnesium sit a little higher, I actually find it helps my digestion – but it’s person dependent!

Rest day for me today! Today started with a new low of 56.5 .. still aiming to reach that 54kg mark, so with 12 weeks I feel we are in an amazing spot here which is exciting! Let’s see if it stays low with my cycle approaching!!

Bit of a hectic day, lots of lovely client work, steps, cardio as per, lots of housework, had another treatment for my face, it’s not a lovely facial but lots of needles lol, about 30, it’s a derivative of salmon & trout sperm 🌚 called polynucleotides! Fun fun!!

Just settling down for bed after recording another episode of our podcast!! 🤝

I wouldn’t be slowing this loss down, maybe if it was something like 2.5/3lbs per week every week.. I see no real issue here! Let us know your reason as to why!

I was going to also ask the questions Michaela has asked, a little more context to this would be great!

I think you need to post some photos of your body & face so we can see how lean you are, but truly as the others have said, if this really is an issue I’d seek professional medical advice..

Given it’s the evening, I’d probably put it down to general tiredness through the day & just needing to go to sleep as Clare has put here..

Agree with Jordan and Clare. If you wanted to further help natural anti inflammatory properties then the tbjp pycnogenol is a great product to add

Thank you very mucho masters, in truth is that I had already experienced something like this before, training that were excellent after sleepless nights, but I still decided to ask this question because I didn’t know if this was the right decision to make.Thank you all for your attention

always worth an ask, I just think it’s very dependent on how you feel in that moment, if I felt that that awful then I wouldn’t – if I felt ok enough to suck it up i would, variables won’t always be perfect..

Rest day today, 20mins cardio this am! Trained yesterday and back in tomorrow – struggling pretty hard with pmdd, honestly. sometimes just wish there was an answer, as it makes me question lots of things especially prep! We have Marc’s daughter today so I’m just trying to perk up and be normal which I feel take a lot of energy with the symptoms!.. But hay, we move, we have to!! Hopefully tomorrow’s a better day!! Sorry to be all negative but I guess hay, it’s real!

Well I didn’t have a chance to try if it hurts while working out since it started 3 days ago when I was doing hack squats so I don’t know if it hurts now

In that case, I’d go to the gym and see how it feels. Warm up well and build the weight up slowly. If you feel pain and won’t be able to get a productive session in, then leave. If you can manage to do something, even if you’re just moving some blood around, then do so.
But isn’t it still better to rest even if it hurts even just a little bit?
I thought you said you didn’t know if it still hurts. If you’re unsure, just rest.
It hurts while I walk so I assume it will hurt while training legs, especially while doing squat patterns and leg extensions
Sounds like you’ve made your mind up really.. you know your body more than us.. I’d go get it checked over if it hurts whilst you walk ..
