Kuba is the only person I can think of as a coach for you as well haha, especially seeing how you 2 get along and discuss things on the podcast it truly shows you can work it out together!

Hi Jordan, I’m curious as you have mentioned before how uncoachable you are haha, doesnt it help if you see it like everything else? What I mean is..I know you are willing to do whatever it takes for your goals, I know training, diet, sleep etc all get done no matter what. You tick the boxes you must tick everyday at the best of your ability. If you see getting a coach as a box to tick for your goals, doesnt it help you to be a bit more coachable? Even if it doesn’t sit well with you emotionally or mentally, it’s a step forward toward your goals. I guess I’m talking about the ”progress at all costs” mentality.

I know that working on the mindset is something that is a constant work in progress and especially the mini wins through the day and building that momentum help tremendously to be on top of your shit. And of course the daily structured routine.

My question is do you ever have times that you “lose it”, even for a few moments, and how do you get back in control?

By losing it I mean stuff like overthinking, letting emotions get in the way, feeling overwhelmed and stuff like that.

Yeah constantly, I speak to Jordan when I do and he reigns my back in if I need him and it’s bad

Now I am in much more control than ever before, I solely focus on just the work. As long as I’m doing everything I can in my power with quality I have 0 doubt and I over think nothing as I remind my self I’m doing everting possible always!

    Mind can play tricks

    Accept it

    Don’t take action of emotion[/quote]

Thanks man! Very helpful as always!

    Agree with Kuba

Depending on how low food went depends on what I do first.

If food was very low I’ll
Keep cardio etc higher n build food up initially to help
Manage hunger and then taper cardio down

    makes sense, thank you:)
