    264 holding, excellent leg day ticked off overall feeling good

    Legs same session pretty much just diff machines ( plate loaded prime etc )

    Reviewing my training today as I’m not happy with a few things so will tweak it.

    Check in today actually feel leaner and look drier.

    Keep total dosage same test only

    12.5 aromasin x3 per week will do job if you are on leaner side, higher bf higher conversion of Estro

    You’ve just removed Clen and saw some higher BW readings

    Hold weight for 7-10 days and wait – if it holds it may go up if it drops after 7 days go up if it slowly jumps
    Up and down wait

    Be patient – asses recovery and training performance

    Then move up

    Hello sir

    In an upper/lower split, where someone’s lower body is ahead of their upper, would lowering volume on legs to say 1 working set per exercise to allow extra recovery for upper body sessions be an option? So basically lowering overall leg volume to be able to progress your upper sessions more even though you’re keeping upper sessions the same volume wise. Thank you!

    In this instance i would train arms before legs and run bottom volume for legs to give more volume for upper

    It doesn’t do anything for fertility

    Reducing oxadative stress with anti oxidants will help a lot.

    Hcg will keep your balls bigger that’s about it.

    264.8 holding last 3 days and sat around 264/5 mark now for a week, I like to let weight hold and marinate for a 10-14 days before I push on in an offseason i always find I somewhat improve composition by doing so and then take a bump push on and rinse and repeat, sometimes ridding it out I also see weight hold and then go up again this is what I see often with clients too.

    Most people jump
    Gun to making changes prematurely and then it’s snowball effect with bodyweight & fat gain.

    You are better off lowering protein for you and adding more carb for training performance.

    For you I would shoot for 240g TOTAL including indirect sources, this isn’t about digestion or appetite here.

    Protein is important but it’s not a great source of energy at all, if you can’t train hard eating higher protein and under eating carb you will lose tissue.

  • I would consider running some lantus to take some strain of the pancreas, I have changed my view on fast slin I see it just cause insulin resistance fast

    Add it in when you need it

    Don’t rush it all off take your time and then reverse slowly without running your body into ground

    Most likely prevent you
    Binging back up, this only works for guys with high experience
