Hey Kuba! Just wondering if you ever use a urinalysis with your athlete’s and if you are ever concerned about finding protein in urine or a high albumin/creatinine ratio through urine with big bodybuilders? Some people tell me it’s normal as a big bodybuilder who trains hard and it is exercise induced and other’s say it is not. Would love your opinion!

Thanks so much! EGFR is totally fine and so is creatinine, it is more the albumin aspect IN URINE that is elevated which skews that ratio and this is the “protein in the urine” concern.

Legs was excellent 258 holding, look is improving. I am 5 lbs heavier and few lbs leaner at this exact point of offseason last year comparing where I was.
Lots of run way to go up from here.

Atlantis. Sturdy and not too tall for if you do a cable row/pull (with other benches sometimes you can’t see over them when they’re upright).

258, push day, I want to see 265 without any changes before i crank things up again and I think we are on the way, last time I was 252 softer at this exact point in my offseason push so I am excited to keep this rolling up now.
Sleep has been incredible and my RHR has dropped significantly last 2 days, more productive again and feeling light at this weight.

At your bodyweight cardio isn’t doing much for calorie expenditure, you have to accept your food will likely get low it’s unavoidable to get in shape
Bring up your steps, add some cardio and cut overall calories by 20% from carb mostly and some fat
