The slightly high blood count a blood being thicker is my worry?
Your blood will be thicker from dehydration, same thing with kidney infection / poor kidney function

All pre bed for me always splitting up drives more insulin resistance no additional anabolism at all imo

Pleased with the shape I am holding at this bodyweight, main goal now is keeping my glutes boxed off for the reminder of this push up.

Currently in a dieting phase, around 6-7 week out mark. I have implemented a refeed day of an extra 500 calories from carbs once a week every Monday. For the last two weeks my weight has dropped on the Tuesday morning weigh in, would you implement another refeed on the Tuesday and have two consecutive days? Or would implementing a refeed every 5th day as opposed to once every week be a better option? Thank you!
Refeed days should be reactive not pro active,

Feeling great, sleep is fucking immense so overall feeling positive.
Feels like I am certainly growing at this point again so I’m pleased
Training feels amazing and I feel this set up with 2 on 1 off will work extremely well I just need to be even more dialled in with recovery so key is staying extremely productive and managing routine / stress so I can do more in morning, rest more in evening

Excellent session, did higher rep work on leg ext and first set hack, no issues at all so I’m pleased I was able to nail it

I really want to get this bodyweight owned, if I can hit 275 in this condition over 9 weeks then hold around 270 in this shape before prep it will be yet another step forward

I will run upper lower for the foreseeable with the set up I designed it will work very very well across all fronts, first 2 sessions all lifts progressed substantially with 1 day less rest between.

Yes I would keep Gh will help keeping you leaner and fuller
Option could be even leveraging slightly higher gh for this phase to stay fuller and improved recovery when on trt
