SGPT 58 (<50 ) SGPT is little higher from normal

Not have you dehydrated at all.TSH shouldn’t / wouldn’t be lower
Hematocrit is not that much of an issue there unless your BP is high, remove Eq if you want to improve it, if you had tren in and bp was high likely not a great place to be
Glucose higher could be Gh if it was taken close to it but with where your HBA1c is likely some insulin resistance building
Check your blood pressure and keep eye on it
Berberine won’t fix it, if you are carrying a lot of body fat diet time

Hi Kuba,
if I dont enjoy Upper Lower at all and need set days in a week, is Push Pull Leg 4 times per week still a good option? Would be 5 days to recover from session to session (sometimes 6). Or do i need to train 5 days? What is my best option in this situation?
If you only have 4 days upper lower is the best,
If you don’t enjoy then run PPL alternating
If you don’t enjoy it likely not split but the Desing of it

I think you need to think it through
Is lack of progress from coaches guidance or is it from potentially you not doing the work at the level needed?
Any coach that values what they do will give you same effort as they do their pros.

I can’t stress importance of not rushing in any phase, each time I shift up food I get fuller weight comes up some then holds and I get better & better. Make change prematurely and you don’t step forward as well

yes indeed, but isnt the stimulus they get and how they repsond to that stimulus a bit different?
I understand that according to the size principle if a set is taken to failure everything will be recruited but I dont know if recruitment equals optimal (i know you hate the word lol) stimulus. If there is some more metabolic stress due to more time under tension and more metabolite build up maybe its a more potent signal for growth for type 1 fibers ie they respons better to that stimulus comapred to a 5 rep set lets say.
The reason I am making this argument is I heard dr Scott talking about it in a podcast recently and explained why he built fortitude training the way he did and essentially that was part of the reason for the different types of sets he has.

Greg, Still same as i outlined, few pages back my man, peptides are only something that works in the back ground, they only work if you have all variables dialled in so for me they are just an addition to improve what i do already as they should be it’s not something you feel.

4 iu is minimum effective dose if you want some actual benefit for growth, 2 iu is more replacement
Hey, Kuba. Not my thread but just started GH, and yeah – been reading 4 ius is the minimum effective dose. But I do have a question – do you think there will be any benefits of “cycling” hgh? by that I do mean as an example of running 2-3 ius year round but for 8-12 weeks “surplus” upping in to about 4-6 ius?
