I would honestly want to see almost an even split additions initially and then favour More towards TD
Whilst cal is low makes sense to keep you closer to a smaller surplus on rest day as current may have you closer to maintance or even lower

Kuba – I have to thank you for the offseason approach interview you did with Dawid. I have seen many of his interviews with a variety of top prep coaches for contest prep and offseason, and you were by for the most clear and precise and actually answered all of his questions. There were a few coaches (Tuor and Cheeks) who literally could not answer a single question, essentially said “it depends,” and danced around questions for an hour and a half. I learned a ton from yours and am able to apply many lessons to myself so thank you!

1 – AM – 15km Easy Run. + Strides. PM – 1 hour watt bike.
2 – AM – 4x2km (75srest) AM. PM -6x1km (60s rest).
3 – AM – 16km easy run + PM – Upper Weights session + 30 mins watt bike.
4 – AM -Tempo Run ( 10k Volume). PM – Watt Bike Intervals – 30 mins
5 – AM -Easy Run 14km + PM Easy run 6km.
6 – AM – Threshold / Speed Intervals. + PM – Easy Recovery Run 6km.
7 – AM – Long Run + PM – Mobility + Core + Recovery.
Start with food you can adhere to and not binge with, that’s first thing you need to sort bud.

Actually by some weeks i have hand pain cause hgh..i just use 10 ui by 1 year ago and i never had this issue before
how can i resolve this problem ?Review your electrolyte balance, most likely too much salt not enough potassium also could be diet related, poor sleep

rest day, excellent night of sleep, straight out of bed into the office productive morning ticked off. Living the dream
Feel amazing at this bodyweight, not my heaviest but my glutes are not fat so it’s a win. Feel light and HR is low so recovery is good.
