Up across every single lift so I’m super happy, I actually felt bursting full after first few sets so it’s nice. Pretty much double progression across all lifts so to say yesterday was a mad day it’s a big success!

It makes 0 difference, gh doesn’t work instantly I take it with my slin so I can remember, exact timing of gh does not matter. The total iu taken consistently is what matters mostly

Her legs don’t have the same drying as her torso.
What could you recommend for her legs to dry out more?

I will use my self as example here, at around 5 weeks out my front is ready, the back is always 3/4 weeks behind the front.
The same will be with your wife, she just needs to get leaner, once body fat is off . The water is off also

The 40 lbs pounds gain started post show (stage weight), so 18 weeks. I know that problem, I have very loose skin on the lower abdomen and glutes from being overweight as a teen, so I gain very easily.My Plan was a max. 24 weeks push, would you stay on upper/lower and start the cut earlier?
Upper lower is fine, if you need something little more specific push pull legs would be my choice for sure.

Immense push session, the fullness was epic, 261.6 today and arguably leanest I’ve been at this weight.
Just got to stay patient now pushing my weight up, food is easy still have a great appetite so whole ever we are seeing movement I am happy as this is leaving me a lot of tools for later on.
