    Looking at this condition wise you are about 3/4 weeks out bud, I wouldn’t run any peaking here as nothing here would make you look better just make you look worse

    Next time get lean and then peaking is super easy bud

    Then run a short tidy up if you need one once you complete that

    No you won’t, it’s literally what I did when I was young and didn’t really have much muscle. I just pushed up hard then dieted hard

    Push day – 263.6 lbs

    Up across every single lift so I’m super happy, I actually felt bursting full after first few sets so it’s nice. Pretty much double progression across all lifts so to say yesterday was a mad day it’s a big success!

    Early night tonight again and we do it all again tomorrow.

    Hello Kuba, you explained to me that taking insulin preW was with the meal before training, but for HGH is it the same thing, taking it with your insulin during the meal before training or is preW HGH to be taken just before training?

    It makes 0 difference, gh doesn’t work instantly I take it with my slin so I can remember, exact timing of gh does not matter. The total iu taken consistently is what matters mostly

    Huge day for me today, 16 clients competing tomorrow! Busy day getting everyone set and ready, combining that with hard leg day I am certainly feeling it tonight!

    Usual business getting everyone on top and making sure everyone is set and I’m super happy as they are all on the money!

    I have been following you for a long time and I consider you one of the best and most intelligent preparers in the industry.

    My girlfriend will make her debut as a Pro Figure in 5 weeks.

    Her legs don’t have the same drying as her torso.

    What could you recommend for her legs to dry out more?

    She needs to get leaner, you are only as lean as your fattest body part

    I will use my self as example here, at around 5 weeks out my front is ready, the back is always 3/4 weeks behind the front.

    The same will be with your wife, she just needs to get leaner, once body fat is off . The water is off also

    The 40 lbs pounds gain started post show (stage weight), so 18 weeks. I know that problem, I have very loose skin on the lower abdomen and glutes from being overweight as a teen, so I gain very easily.

    My Plan was a max. 24 weeks push, would you stay on upper/lower and start the cut earlier?

    Upper lower is fine, if you need something little more specific push pull legs would be my choice for sure.

    Immense push session, the fullness was epic, 261.6 today and arguably leanest I’ve been at this weight.

    Just got to stay patient now pushing my weight up, food is easy still have a great appetite so whole ever we are seeing movement I am happy as this is leaving me a lot of tools for later on.
