You don’t need them you just need some hcg if you want to keep your balls running.

It isn’t a must and 99% of people do not bother.

Yes Kuba 👊

I’ve been watching Dr Adeel Khan a lot recently regarding stem cell treatment. The benefits of stem cell based treatments sound like a dream. I’m sure/hope you’re documenting your time in Colombia and hope you’re having an awesome time.

Are you able to divulge of what exactly you’re getting done, what results are you expecting and I’m interested in the cost comparison by doing it in South America.

Thanks bud

Hey bud

So I will break down what I know so far. Stem cells are unique for their ability to differentiate into any cell type, and their ability to repair damaged tissue. Our own stem cells die as we get older and we pretty much deteriorate with age.

In my case I am looking for more longevity in sport & after. This treatment will undo some damage that will have been caused through years of doing this. Research & results behind it is incredible so I will likely get it done every 2 years.

Meg had iv and both her knees done as they are ducked, mri confirmed it too but the doc is confident she will be back at 100% health knee wise within 3 months.

I didn’t document much tbh bud it’s been a busy week with clients, training and dieting + trying to fit a little sight seeing too.

I had it done with bioexcelerator, these guys are best in business as far this stem cell treatment goes this is the best in the world.

Amazing day today, we did Pablo Escobar tour. We got to see the prison, all his streets, his grave, house he hid at and where he got killed. We went to the monument built in place of his apartment block too.

Immense day and we got to see most of Medellin, such an incredible place and views are tremendous.

Trained back with two local boys, they loved it!

Did a similar session to normal with what I had at the gym.

Lower lat seated single arm pull down

Cable row sa

Upper back row

Upper back pull down

Shrug

Meadow row

High cable reverse fly

Ez bar curl

Lengthened range bias bicep curl

Hey Kuba, hope you’re good. How many sets did you do for each back movement in that session?
2 for all apart from 1 for shrug and meadow row

Hi kuba hope you are good

I had a back injury which im coming back from it and I’m progressing my squat and rdl, as I progress weights gets higher and higher and breathing and bracing gets tougher as reps goes on, my question is I don’t use belt because when I use it after a while if I not use it I feel fragile and weaker, but on the other hand I don’t want to hurt my back again ( due to any reason maybe poor bracing or ..) is it better to use belt or not using it and get my back stronger?

You are more likely injuring your self not wearing a belt, your lower back and abs is your belt. Unless you know how to wear it and brace into it but I very much doubt that unless you are high level at powerlifting. Lose the belt and work on your core / erectors through nailing both of these movements and practicing your bracing. Some core work will help
Thank you kuba for helping

As you guessed im not high level power lifter and I actually don’t know how to brace into belt. So just want to confirm you recommend to not using belt and practicing my bracing right?

As I doing these movements my core gets really fatigued is this going to extend ( widen) my midsection or no?

And another question is im trying to do the reps with little more cautious and with slower tempo and it takes for me 2 min to complete set ( include some stops at the top to catch breath and then keep pushing ) can you recommend me some core exercises which can help me to keep strong brace until the finish of the set? ( im doing planks and dead bugs but don’t know how much duration or sets can help )

Appreciate a lot for helping
Do not wear a belt, learn how to brace

Learning to control your midsection and brace correctly if anything will actually improve your midsection and the control belt does the opposite.

Planks
Leg raise
Rope crunch

Will help you a lot with strengthening rhe core

Leg day and first day at clinic today, due there mid day. Will train legs straight after. Had check ins to run this morning and didn’t want to rush so can finish work chill get our first meeting down and train.

Had a walk round the streets this morning and it’s a beautiful place, very different to what I expected and very very sketchy. I didn’t realise how many followers I had in this city got loads of nice messages and people being helpful and kind! Love it

hello kuba . I’m new around here. I live in Brazil. Do you usually do two sets per exercise correct? Here in Brazil, trainers work with high volume. 3 to 4 series . Congrats on the job my friend

Yes I do 2 working sets all to failure, this doesn’t include my warm up sets.

High volume works for genetic elite, if someone is a high responder they respond from anything. I prefer to train with what I know yields most results

However, at times people cannot train this way and need higher volume as they are not able to train to failure or close to it.

What is up guys landed in Colombia last night at 7 pm and went straight to bed once I caught up on some client replies, woke up at half 5 and was back to it just like I was at home same routine.

Caught up on all check ins, trained pull and ate post workout out in the Park. Views here are incredible! The place has exceeded my expectations, day one and i can honestly say it’s nuts…. In a good way.

Session was pretty much same as at home

Single arm lat bias pull down
Single arm lat bias row
Upper back row
Upper back pull down
Single arm upper back row
Rear delt row
High cable curl
Lengthened bias curl

2 sets of each 8-15 reps across all -1 RIR lol

Feel great 0 jet lag so success let’s hope it’s same coming back home

I’d never lower carb to then increase fats – 40 is plenty for someone of your BW

Hi Kuba, just wondering your advice on an appropriate age to go assisted. Let’s say your 18 and have been nailing all your variables and have a coach. Would 19 be too young in your opinion?

3/4 years of nailing everything would then give you the right to maybe go down that road if you had built a base and was accurate Enough with these variables

Hi Kuba, regarding GDA’s and insure specifically in this case, if someone is on a high amount of carbs at what point is too many doses per day? For example if using in 3 meals per day (not pre and post meals) and there is over 150g carbs in each, that could mean reaching a total of 300g of berberine in the case if using insure. What is the highest amount of full doses of insure (3 tabs) you reached at peak off season? Thank you!

3 servings I see no need to use more than this ever.
