What do you use telmisartan for other than BP, aldosterone inhibition for water retention?

Heart health – I don’t use it for BP it’s not great for bp control at all

It’s great for preventing LVH

10 iu covers around 150g carbs. Work of carb not bodyweight

I dont sure to understand well; i have to dose lantus 10ui each 150 cho?

I write another post about my offseason amd some of you advce to use just 10/15ui a day with lots of carbs than 150
No that’s not case

This is what it covers

Idea of taking it is not to cover your entire intake

Just some
Ok thanks! So how can i find the best dosage for me?
How much carbs are you eating ?

Check your blood sugar

Gh use

High carb high gh

Likely need some basal

If your fat and you add it , you get fatter so key is making sure your already insulin sensitive

Upper 272/3

Cycle changes latest

1200 test

1200 primo

300 eq

200 npp

Added npp so will see a good shift up bodyweight for this last push next 5 weeks.

28 weeks out, 5 weeks growing, 4 health phase and prep.

Prep already started for me last year lol

Upper – same session same volume, progressed across board

Hi Kuba, it’s great to watch your progress. I follow what you’re doing here on the forum, even if I don’t comment much.Honestly, like I told you on IG I’m really impressed with your progress over the last few years and your overall development, not only as a competitor, but also as a coach and as a person. Everything looks great.

I see that after this offseason you’re doing only a four-week health phase. If I remember correctly, you did the same after your last show. It seems we have a very similar view on this. When everything is managed properly, like you do, monitoring health markers, digestion, bloodwork, blood pressure, glucose, and overall health, long cruise phases often become unnecessary.

Nowadays, with peptides and other tools that help support health and mitochondrial function, the old blast-and-cruise approach is starting to become outdated. For many people, long cruise phases just aren’t needed anymore. I think those four weeks are often more for peace of mind than anything else.

From what I see, you usually do around two of these four-week health phases per year, between offseason and prep, if I’m not mistaken.

Brother!

Good to see you here and thank you for following a long means a lot!

I just had my echocardiogram and my values & heart size improved since 2022, I think devil is always in poorly managed side effects

High bodyfat , inflammation and high HBA1c is imo main cause of general health issues yes some Chronic high blood pressure will contribute to health and kidney issues but I don’t believe this to be induced from drugs alone

I prefer to run longer cycles using less harsh compounds with shorter periods of lower anabolic exposure, I think they still serve a pruprose to drop oxadative stress

If my health wasn’t great my echo had issues or my blood work needed fixing I’d take longer off but if all checks out I don’t really see why it would be necessary.

Long cruise’s I think are a thing for those who don’t manage health and offseason well enough.

This year

I did 4 week health phase, 29
Week push up escalating anabolics for first 11 weeks then 4 week health phase now before prep where I will lower total load to around 500/600 mg and lower gh for a little while before prep, I feel like body always responds little better after that time of re setting

I can show you my timeline if you are interested I like to track it all consistently.

I have some incralex I may run in that time.

All pre bed bud is best, I find telmisaran helps with managing ester if you are not already using it too

Then electrolyte balance is improtant too

If you are lean enough you will see a big positive shift then monitor the look and assess how much water if any there is sub c vs intra cellular

You can then adjust closer to show if needed

Studies aside – pre bed I find almost always best in Bolus dose

Once you have dropped fatigue and loaded you then just hold the look

Doesn’t make sense to deplete or try to create glycogen debt it serves 0 purpose

Peak find the look and then hold

You’re trying to over complicate something very simple and end up trying to over adjust.

Key here is

Lower fatigue
Find the look loading appropriately
Spilling over won’t help get the best look / balance and hold it by lowering food

At your age I would not consider any 19nor or Eq

Both carry great results but with higher risk, you don’t want anything with potential to drive neuro toxicity like decca or kidney toxicity that Eq does have.

If you struggle with bp those choices should be off the table

If you have kharma test Anavar and gh

Stick to them alone, trt test

Then run Anavar couple of times a year need be 10-12 weeks

Which class are you looking to do ?

Keep it as is, you are in great range and you feel good

I would not lower it, everyone can give opinions but sometimes it’s smart to listen to your own feedback

You feel good
You are making progress

Focus on training

Keep protein stable at this ratio as clearly it’s working
