    Rest day usual business, productive days ticked off and as always just cracking on

    Overall feeling great, made some slight cycle tweaks

    1400 test 1100 primo 400 mast is my peak this time

    Dropped mast for eq, week with mast removed sleep improved and joints feel less cranky, mast dries me out a lot, can see it in the look as I wake super hard still, im lean still so I don’t mind dropping mast out now, whats interesting is my HR also dropped

    Not a fan of eq with guys who struggle with BP or higher RBC count, I haven’t used it in years and currently have to with some guys especially in USA and getting a lot of success over usual mast using higher test with lower eq.

    Beauty of this game we get to run some experiments and see

    Split into daily shots

    Drop body fat

    Add some Calcium D-glucarate

    Also review liver health, when liver is under stress Estro doesn’t clear

    Hey Kuba just curious your thoughts on how often to do PED injections? Do you like EOD, daily or is just doing them 3x a week like on monday, Wednesday and Friday fine?

    I wear one from 5 am till around 11 it doesn’t have any impact on waist but it forces me to be more conscious of keeping my stomach tight and breathing through my rib cage not the stomach

    This varies for every one but as a start point

    6-8 for arms

    8-12 for bigger body parts

    Then increase arm volume first before anything else

    Only way to know is try it, check your log book data over next 3 weeks, asses progress and see how you progress, soreness’ sleep, general feedback on recovery will tell you if it’s too much or even too little

    Time off as in more than 2-3 days I’d say a few months.
    I was doing PP REST PPL REST
    I do always go for form over ego lifting as I always end up hurting something then
    So now it’s UL R UL RR 9 exercises approx 18-20 sets total
    It’s really frustrating die to not even going heavy heavy but seem to pick injuries up regular

    Reduce volume to 10 working sets per session for 2 weeks

    See how you feel and how your joints feel

    Super easy and recovering fine

    Add 1 set per session only , keep going up until you notice soreness getting too high and progress halt

    Lower your salt generally it’s just water from over consumption of sodium, may not need extra potassium depending on your diet and what you are using.

    T4 most will need it, blood work will
    Give you the best picture. Long term users need it mostly but again if thyroid is already in upper range without when using Gh then there is no need
