Saw your last two YT videos the rest day cooking was excellent I have a question on your veg mix what does it really consist of vegetables wise
I generally mix all fresh veg in there, whataver meg picks in the supermarket. I always vary the veg so it is never the same

It ends stsrt of may, body fat won’t be an issue until then, I work of set time frames and never let BF creep past where it is productive

What is up guys, woke up feeling pretty smashed yesterday an today I woke
Up extra smashed so few extra rest days are in order, will likely get back in on Saturday and then push on.275 lbs on average so we are moving in the right direction, now to be able to progress I just need to manage feeling trashed and being able to push on with recovery now.
Will likely rest until Saturday and then push on from there.

Opinion on using red meat as main protein source? I’m using chicken thigh at the moment but may start using steak, just worried about all the long term affects blah blah?

Just a lot of studies (probably outdated and irrelevant) warning against overconsumption of red meat etc.

These studies have been de bunked so many times, the scientists literally got paid to spread miss information about red meat.Red meat is the best source of protein you can have, personally I don’t touch fattier white mean like chicken thigh the fats there are useless I would opt for chicken ( lean ) with olive oil or avocado for fats

Hi man, I created a topic on diet section and I’d really like your opinion about.
Supposing someone has to eat 5000kcal to gain weight, weighing 90kgs, if he stays at a low fats/low protein intake he has to eat a tons of chos. Like 200g of total protein, 40g of fats, 960g of chos. Do you think this can lead to some problematic?
Someone at 90’kg lean I see no reason to keep protein so low, lower carb increase protein to 300
Won’t lead to any problems you will just grow less eating less protein imo.

Hey bud, initially you will get a few lbs of Gain from anavar but I wouldn’t see you totally recomp fast on this amount of peds if you are already holding some body fat.
Creatine – no reason to ever drop it, it only holds water in the muscle not sub c, so I don’t see a reason to ever drop creatine.
I would drop anavar, continue to drop fat, if you was 252 out of shape you’ll likely need to get down to around 210/200 to be lean ish and then start back up from there. Aim for a slow rate of gain back up.

Your heart rate will always be elevated in a fatigued state or when your body is fighting off a virus
Honestly sir, I’m still inexperienced regarding hands-on experience with anabolics and I got real frightened for a minute. I also didnt mention that last 2 weeks, sessions been great and when that happens I instinctively raise volume in a session a bit by adding a back off set on the last working set (I do 2 working ones) while keeping the intensity high, so fatigue wise, I accumulated quite a lot of it. Watched your video on how to deload and started a deload this week to see how things fare. So thank you once more

Row x2
Pullover x2
Upper back row x2
Single arm row x2
Shrug x1
Rear delt fly x3
Biceps x4Energy is up and done but it will be at this point, as long as I am squeezing progress out of each workout we are good.
Adjudged the gym shop pull down to nautilus high row using d handle for my lat movement to begin with.
275.6 this morning, solidified this bodyweight now so happy days.

Taking small but solid progression across each rep, I am going to stay patient and keep killing 1 kg progressions now over time.
4 plates is feeling super comfortable now so very happy with that!
