Huge leg day ticked off, by far strongest and most confident I felt under load.

Mostly higher rep work on iso and leg press then hack we aim for 8-10’ reps

Hit 6 and half plates on hack for 8 reps with some of the best control yet, came away from the set with 0 pain too.

Today was usual drill for rest day, work & getting my usual sauna and ice bath done.

700’mg total androgen load will a 100% shut you down

Even if you train 10 mg dbol and 50 anavar

I am certainly not a huge fan as at your age I do not think your test will recover even with pct at all

This will ultimately come down to your execution, correct arm path and working in your active Rom.

That’s key here, soft tissue work will help with recovery but not mobility.

If you press with your elbows flares out, try to keep your elbows slightly tucked in line with your rib cage.

No bud steps will be enough when they are this high, just use calorie adjustments to create a larger deficit

I got myself in some bad habits and dirty bulked my way to 252 before xmas. I started a cut in the new year and after 5 weeks had dropped 17lbs. The loss was assisted by me dropping my TRT, creatine and other legal supps. I think i lost alot of inflamation from cleaning the diet up and also lost of glycogen and fluid retention.

On week 6 i added TRT, 250mg enanthate, 50mg anavar and creatine back in the mix and kept myself in a deficit with either calorie reduction or increases output but my weighy went up 3 or 4lbs and has struggled to come down.

Could i be gaining muscle and losing fat? I know recomp is a bit cliche but i cant explain it any other way. When i say muscle gain i think it could be from TRT and creatine filling the muscle back up with anything i lost from the first 5 weeks.

Hey bud, initially you will get a few lbs of Gain from anavar but I wouldn’t see you totally recomp fast on this amount of peds if you are already holding some body fat.

Creatine – no reason to ever drop it, it only holds water in the muscle not sub c, so I don’t see a reason to ever drop creatine.

I would drop anavar, continue to drop fat, if you was 252 out of shape you’ll likely need to get down to around 210/200 to be lean ish and then start back up from there. Aim for a slow rate of gain back up.

Hi Kuba. I see many people running T3 during off-season. Why that? To keep the tyroid function in range or to stay leaner?

    Thanks

I do not know anyone running t3 in the offseason or see any need for it, I keep t3 in off the back of the diet whilst I bring up my weight and calories. Once they are up it gets removed as thyroid will return back to baseline it’s self at that point

T3 doesn’t make you leaner and shouldn’t ever be used for fat loss, probably the worst tool for fat loss at hand for anyone. We use t3 to keep baseline metabolism levels in place and in range as we drop weight & calories
Why is it such a bad fat loss tool?
T3 is not a fat loss drug, we use it to keep thyroid function in a healthy place. Taking it higher is only going to lead to muscle loss and inability to hold any fullness. Your thyroids primary function is not fat loss, hence why it’s a terrible fat loss tool. Most people resort to it as they simply can’t diet or don’t understand function of thyroid or it’s use.

Eat less, move a little more. Manage fatigue and training and adhere to your diet

Extremely easy to do and get in shape, find it mind boggling when so many natty athletes and gen pop get in incredible shape yet guys using every tool known to man cannot.

The way t3 is best used is based of blood work keeping your thyroid function in range

Hi Kuba, regarding Gh how long for a minimum would you say one should stay on a certain dose before thinking of increasing? Let’s say someone is on 4iu, after how many months or say years would an increase to then 5iu be reasonable? If all other factors like financial, risks etc are all taken into account. Thanks!

Personally it comes down to development, if you haven’t built a ton of size on 4 iu with other protocols in place I would be looking at what needs addressing as 4 iu is where I’d expect significant progress

You progress it once you’ve exhausted that dose and built a solid amount of tissue in place.

Whey protein is the most bio available protein source you can have, who is saying it’s inferior ? 😅

Maybe if quality is super poor it is, good quality whey is going to trump meat sources to a degree.

Unless you drink whey on its own, any carb or fat source will slow down the digestion, same when you actually eat protein sources

Haha Rich Piana video I came across
Says it all, love rich but 😅😂please don’t listen to most of his bits or take them to heart…. It’s just great entertainment 🤣

More than likely will replace with cable or another machine pull down.

Solid push session yesterday, I felt smashed Sunday so I auto regulated the session, yesterday I woke up feeling pretty damn good so happy days.

274 on average, by far heaviest I have been but still sensible. 280 will fall over next 9 weeks for sure then we will hold it for a little while before we tidy up and re set and go again.

I need to be a leaner 280 before next prep so that’s a must we tick this off before we transition into prep January

10 days down with a new coach and entirely new plan. Things are moving brilliantly with more attention to minute detail than ever before. He is hyper meticulous with every detail, especially blood markers and there impact from compounds and dose etc. We have pulled anything that will not serve me well now, particularly leading to more toxicity and also addressing unnecessary high oestrogen from the Test dose. I am up 1kg since, on less PED’s and the same kcals, but a shift in macros.

    New Plan is as follows:

    DIET

    230P

    500C

    70F

    PED’s

    200 Test

    240 Primo

    600 Masteron

    4iu GH

    15iu Lantus

    5iu Rapid

    40mg Telmisartan

    100mg Aspirin

    500mg Metformin

    TRAINING

    Back/Biceps/Hams

    Chest/Delts/Triceps

    Off

    Quads/Chest/Triceps

    Back/Biceps/Hams

    Chest/Delts/Triceps

    Off

I’d look at checking your estrogen on this sort of stack Design, most people’s estro will be totally bottomed out. When we look at managing hormones we can’t base readings we get and ranges in comparison to gen pop, higher estrogen is not an issue, if anything it has huge benefits when it comes to brain & heart health alongside of better insulin sensitivity & igf1 output. So I would be actively looking at keeping my estrogen on the higher side, not just for more progress but more importantly health metrics and lipids.

I’d look out for poor sex drive sore joints etc etc too
