    Hey Kuba hope you’re good. When your doing your pressing work. Do you keep your scapula pinned back through out or you let it retract on the way down and let it move back into neutral when you press? Hope I’ve worded that right

    Pinning shoulders back is one way to inhibit shoulder function

    Scapula moves in line with your upper arm
    When pressing, we never pin shoulders back to that extent.

    At the same time do not actively protract or retract, key is focusing on proper arm path.

    You never lower protein when dieting, if anything you increase it. Lowering protein in a diet phase is one way to be sure you are potentially going to lose some muscle tissue. It’s one micronutrient that stays static or even increases as you build more muscle

    Key is staying in total control not being slow, moving purposely slow and reducing load you can handle is going to take away from your progress not add to it

    I see literally 0 logic behind it, test is test. It won’t instantly increase performance. Then throwing an ai on top of the test again makes no sense, whole point of using test is to keep estro in healthy spot ( higher in the offseason )

    It isn’t about safer use or not safer use, it’s more of a case of this works and this just does nothing.

    Last question on cycle design.

    I’ve seen that during prep you used a relatively small dose of masteron added to your test/primo base.

    What’s the purpose of it when you already have primo and proviron in?

    Masteron I found drives estro & prolactin down harder than primo does, in contest prep or situationally I like to use both.

    Personally I don’t see them affect it much at all

    Nandrolone and eq seems to really drive it higher than DHT compounds.

    It’s pretty much common sense, if you don’t have any bad cholesterol what is going to be the issue ? high cholesterol leads to the formation of plaque in your arteries if you don’t have high cholesterol what is going to form ? Cant really form plague out of nothing.

    If your ldl is high and HDL low your ratio is off

    If both are low your ratio is good

    Pubmed, plenty of studies on it and layne Norton posted a few links recently covering it.

    I wouldn’t worry at all bud, it would only happen if you are abusing it and then once you cease it organs would come back down to normal size – as does your heart etc

    Hey bud here is what I would do

    Drop your PEDS down to 250’mg test & some gh – get as lean as as possible, once you get there start pushing your bw back up slowly over 25 weeks ( aim to push up 35 lbs ) you’ll have to accept staying hungry for a chunk of time

    Slowly escalate your peds once you get lean lean

    300 test e 300 primo or mast would be ideal to begin with based of numbers above.

    add more if you need more.

I’m currently pinning fasted in the morning, however I’ll be going back to work after a short layoff and being that I also train in the mornings I’m gonna have to pin at another time since I won’t have time in the morning to remain faster for several hours. Would you recommend pinning before bed?[/quote]

    No need to do 5 on 2 off shoot it daily, fasted for fat loss works well even without a longer fast.

    Yup it will for sure. Fasted or not gh works it’s an exogenous hormone
