    Hey bud here is what I would do

    Drop your PEDS down to 250’mg test & some gh – get as lean as as possible, once you get there start pushing your bw back up slowly over 25 weeks ( aim to push up 35 lbs ) you’ll have to accept staying hungry for a chunk of time

    Slowly escalate your peds once you get lean lean

    300 test e 300 primo or mast would be ideal to begin with based of numbers above.

    add more if you need more.

I’m currently pinning fasted in the morning, however I’ll be going back to work after a short layoff and being that I also train in the mornings I’m gonna have to pin at another time since I won’t have time in the morning to remain faster for several hours.     No need to do 5 on 2 off shoot it daily, fasted for fat loss works well even without a longer fast.

    If you can afford I’d split 1.5 am and pre bed or post workout

    Adipower are best ones I’ve used but honestly

    Heel wedge is best instead, I don’t use them at all now ever

    mast isn’t interchangeable imo as it would add to drug total, proviron doesn’t imo it is extremely mild but does job for what I need when it comes to managing estro and lowering SHBG. All PEDS will bind with SHBG to increase the amount of free testosterone available in your blood but Proviron works better for that purpose.

    Everything is in range aside from HDL which was low, LDL was low so 0 issues with it at all. That’s main thing to keep eye on, as long as LDL is low it won’t be problematic.

    Push & pull both very good sessions

    Incline smith hit 4 and biscuit x6
    4.10 x3
    3.05 x12

    Determined to keep driving this up and I am confident I will, just need to manage my day to day as right now things are getting pretty challenging. Body is pretty sore all the time but it’s part of the process pushing up to places we have never been before.

    Pull session was solid but certainly carried a touch of fatigue into it from push, once I got going i felt great. I’m at a point now where the gym shop pull down is getting almost impossible to progress so I will switch next session.

    273 lbs past few days so slowly coming up at the pace that we want.

    I’d probably split it up into 2 exercises if you don’t have ability to adjust resistance

    You used to post a lot of press work on the Nautilus/Gymshop flat press. What is your thought process for moving away from it and pressing on a smith that doesn’t converge? Thanks![/quote]
    Smith has an even resistance profile – gym shop does not

    Smith allows me to take a narrower grip and take my pec through a greater Rom – gym shop converges but doesn’t allow me to do the same as the smith nowhere near

    I’ve done 7 plates on it easily – I’d rather pick a movement I don’t have to load as heavy

    It overloads shortened too much making it harder to progress as it gets heavier feeling worse as progress gets on

    Hey Kuba hope you’re good. In one of your vids you said that there’s no point doing a high cable curl if you don’t have something to hold onto. Why’s that?

    I said there is no point doing a high cable curl unless you are using one hand, both hands or without being able to brace with the other hand doesn’t allow you to create any stability or keep your upper arm in a fixed position. It literally turns into a bracing movement not an iso bicep curl [/quote]

    Kuba could you remind me what’s the purpose of 25mg of Proviron in your cycle? Thanks

    I’ve covered this already on my log bud, managing oestrogen and freeing up more test when on cycle. It isn’t toxic and lots of clinical studies on it so I tend to always run it on cycle for vast benefits it does have.

    SLDL help. Lats are tight , hips send back fully, bar, I’ve changed bar paths, still my back like unhinges at the bottom, is there anyone I’d be able to dm my sets from today, really need help on it, it tears me to bits.

    Hey Kuba,

    Would doing a ham curl first as first exercises take anything away from a hack as second exercise?

    Is there merit in elevating heal for hack squats to bias the quad?

    Do you escalate volume over the course of a specific phase or keep consistent?

    Is there a “general guideline” with regard to volume, what is a safe range to be in?

    No ham curl wouldn’t take away from a quad compound movement at all, if anything it would allow you to get into the movement much warmer around the knee joint so smoother sets on the hack.

    For 99% of the population 0 merit for heel elevation, unless the hack Desing is poor then potentially squat shoes but even then we can achieve same thing with playing around with foot stance

    I do but it’s minimal, volume escalation model is fine for those who use RIR, people trying to use that model whilst pushing up bw and strength have 0 understanding what training volume is, as I get bigger , heavier , stronger & more accurate my volume comes down

    No guideline as it ranges vastly person to person, training age, ability to train hard , execution, strength all will make it hard work to go with a guideline without knowing previous data

    On pull day before legs you wouldn’t do any movements that lower back load & the same with legs as density day would be the big hinge daun
