    Blood work first see what your markers are at and to have a reference point to work from as you start

    First cycle exposure is trt + not a cycle start 150 and go up super slow it can literally be a 12 month long process milking 50mg increments of just test only that’s the best way to go.

    Cycle response will be dictated by
    Genetics
    Training
    Diet
    Lifestyle
    Effort with all of the above

    Some get a lot some not much depends on your set up

    Before you start consider you will likely need to use gear for life as regaining natural function to some can he a disaster

    Remove yoh

    Remove cardio

    Lower Clen to 40 keep SLU for now

    Increase calories to 3000 on training day – no increase on rest day ( you move less )

    Give it a week or two then remove Clen

    SlU keep for first 4/5 weeks whilst you creep food back up, then remove.

    262 this morning, feeling bigger and just as tight.

    Big perfomance goal ticked off hit 5 plates for 6 yesterday on gym Lecco hack without sleeves and then 4.15 for 8, I have only ever done 5 with SBD sleeves on, so this is huge.

    All this week i have been hitting all time lifts without any sleeves or supports so i am already ahead of anything previous

    Rest today will be spent resting as much as poss, will do cinema with Meg,

    We both have some work to box off this morning and then total chill for the day ready for a huge week ahead

    Hey bud personally I would run upper lower, lower work is always more demanding I would prefer to always run a rest there

    Upper
    Lower ham focused RDL
    Rest
    Push ( quad iso ) single leg press or leg ext
    Pull
    Legs even split curl ext leg press & hack
    Rest

    This is what I would run if you want more leg specificity with volume you can recover from and progress

    Legs 261 holding, bodyweight levelled off now for 11 days or so few more days without movement and we may crack on with a slight shift for now

    Perfomance is moving up, sleep and overall feeling is epic.

    People rush way too often to add food, drugs or make changes, PATIENCE is by far the biggest tool you have for progression

    It comes down to calorie intake, energy balance ( calories in vs calories out ) is what you need to be most mindful of.

    The distribution is not as important as overall calorie intake for the day,

    Set a baseline step goal

    4-6 even protein servings per day, prioritise more carbs around training and then spread even across day with some fats 0.3/0.5 g fat per kg of bodyweight is ideal, coming only from poly / mono saturated sources

    Food wise, ask yourself , would you eat a pot of broccoli or unflavoured cream of rice ? If not , it’s not hunger it’s just cravings . Get busy and control it. Being mindful helps

    1mg of SLU is not a low dose my man haha

    I would split that up, 500’mcg am fasted and same again 3/4 hours later or pre workout would have a much better effect depending on time you train.

    Daily dosing seems to be more tolerable for sides start there

    Larger doses will impact hunger more if that’s your goal

    If the goal is other benefits I do not recommend daily dosing, that’s where you see biggest issues with gut & general sides

    Daily dosing am or pre bed

    Start with 140 mcg daily then asses from there

    For your age I would never go over 500 mg total, keep total load below this and run trt 75% of the time with gh & peptides then 25% of the year if health is tip top you can potentially go up slightly to trt plus.

    Mg per kg dosing imo is silly as individual variability in dosing needed for trt changes vastly

    Log book progression tells all, fast increases in strength ? Add a set per session and then keep going

    Volume needs to be appropriate where you do not need a deload every 3/4 weeks but can go 8-10 weeks without IF you can mange your training variables well

    261 this morning push day

    Can’t wait to train, will train at usual time , gym was rammed yesterday it was amazing to have everyone but it threw me off a little bit. Anyway good session overall.

    Today:

    Incline smith 2
    Flat prime 3
    Cable fly 2
    Lying lateral 4
    Seated push down 2

    Simple but very effective,

    John – 0 changed to my appetite on 1 mg or 1.75, I was still waking in middle of night starving, I did notice a shift in my digestion for sure much slower. To most it won’t be an issue especially when pulling it out 2/3 week out – I do not recommend keeping it in for peak week it needs to be cleared closer to time to allow for quick gastric emptying and be able to carb up. Again

    262, feeling big and full, I have surpassed last years bodyweight with way better condition

    Pull today, excellent session, I still want to tidy up a few lifts reviewing execution, mainly lat work, spending more time in short for me I feel has incredible returns, lats are best leveraged in short so not enough emphasis there and you don’t get max benefit I feel. I see this often with guys with huge back they are always able
    To control end range so well.
