    Sounds like execution issue, no warm up is going to fix what you are describing, it will be down to your posture and arm path – I have highlights on this under chest & shoulder training

    Rest day, woke up early and very productive, still some work to do this morning and usual routine, cook / get meals and supps ready for the day the planks, vacuum and sauna

    Today will be a family day but first, meeting at 9/10 am , 10 am is sorting out equipment list for next project, 9 am consult call.

    Food , output , drugs , training all same, pull days I will tweak still but overall happy with all lifts

    Josh – Eq doesn’t do more than primo or mast, npp drives up strength from extra water, that’s not true contractile tissue, so I don’t think so at all.

    I am doing pro forma klow am and pm bpc am and pm
    Ss31 4 mg fasted
    Mots c 1 mg fasted

    That’s it for me, I ran Reta for 6 weeks and it’s not for me, my bloods did not show any positive change either runnning it, I also don’t eat shit and keep on point with all health Supps so I knew it wouldn’t., it makes a difference in those who just can’t control their eating most, that’s where I see biggest changes – I had to remove it due to sleep disturbance, I just couldn’t. Sleep on it at all even with 1 mg , that’s just me, I ran it as I always experiment and see for my self

    I may try it again in a prep setting but again I will see and monitor recovery and sleep.

    I have seen incredible results with others however who need it, more so down to inability to control their eating that’s where it shines most and that’s 90% of industry

    Feeling tremendous, progress across board and improved execution, really getting into a. Perfect groove now, I anticipate the next 17 weeks to be very productive I have a lot of tools to play with left with food & drugs so plenty to pull from to keep progression going.

    For now I keep riding the wave as long as I can whilst I’m able to take progression without needing to actively push for it.

    Why change or fix what isn’t broken ?

    I’d keep cycle the same if you feel good and. Blood work is good

    Increase your test by 200 mg instead of totally changing cycle

    260.7 holding, I am in no rush to drive up bodyweight actively so far it’s moving without trying at all.

    Cycle

    1200 test
    1200 primo
    400 mast

    Gh 15 pre bed

    Cycle hasn’t changed in 4 weeks again room to come up if I need to. So far not needed

    Tweaking some movements this training block to make sure training feels spot on so will be taking a slight re set this week

    261, fuller and just as tight maybe touch more water as day goes on but again no concern when I wake up I am still very dry across board.

    Rest today, Saturdays are my days where I am not as busy so 2 hours of work cranked out and then wholesome time with Meg in Leeds without phones

    Makes 0 difference pin your Gh while you eat doesn’t matter – takes a while for it to peak so food does not impact it at all

    260 holding nicely, didn’t need to adjust diet and feel a lot bigger no loss of any condition. I want 265 hopefully before I need to make some changes

    Pull & push training perfomance up and improved set up on some, progress taken feeling great

    Matteo -I don’t consume any shit around training I either sit in silence and think about my session and write out my log book or eat CT a training vid before, no work & socials before training all that is done before. Full focus on traiiing

    Fast before bloods , lower pro & take rest and there won’t be any issues same with urinalysis.

    Yes you are totally right man! So that is what I am asking.

    Bloodwork: Totally fine, creatinine fine, egfr great, cystatin C great.

    Urinalysis: Shows protein in urine, specifically Albumin to be high in urine while creatinine is normal in urine but it skews that magical “ratio” that the lab looks for of under 3.

    So my question is, is this something you have ever paid attention to in people who train hard and have much more muscle mass than the average person?

    I know that exercise induced proteinurea is a thing but after expensive research I cannot find anything in the “bodybuilding” world talking about this. Although a nephrologist mentioned to me that runners for example break down so much tissue that he has seen many runners commonly have rhabdo.

    Rest 260.2 woke up feeling full as fuck cycle escalation is kicking in fully now, no food adjustment needed – I held 258 for 12 days then boom coming up again so this is prime example why patience pays off and sometimes we can make adjustments prematurely, food is a tool , drugs are a tool … use them up before needed and you have no room to go up.

    Right now I have plenty of tools to play with to keep progress coming so I’m excited to keep pushing.

    Rest today – 4 hours of intense work done, now time to get tissue work done , Sauna and hyperbaric chamber.

    Feel great, positive both mentally and physically so we keep on rolling

    Whah feels better for you ? What allows you to progress ? What’s your weaker body parts ?

    Start with what needs to grow most
    Or start with what feels best and gives you ability to progress.

    Sometimes push in upper lower can take a hit for some so start and pay attention
