Imo it works tremendously when dieting or phases of lower Anabolics, when pushing up it may have some interference with hypertrophy I have seen.
Use it in phases to improve sensitivity it’s tremendous for that

30carb NTDVery surprised at how much food I need and how lean I am, one off plan meal since show imo is playing a huge role, I have had 0 desire to eat post show other wise I would this isn’t me being hardcore it’s just we are both very busy so we haven’t even mentioned going out to eat as we spend our time either working or trying to have down time and not being social

Nick my treadmill work is 5KHM outside walk for me to complete it on time is a little faster
Other walks in day are steady and slow unless doing treadmill then it’s just 5KHM
I don’t count how many miles it is I have same route I just walk on and if I walk hard it takes that time

With which movements would you set a full-body on 3 days a week? Could you write a basic layout like you did in the past on other splits on your YT channel?

I’m starting my off-season after 24 weeks and a 10-kilo weight loss. I’m planning a 16-20 week off-season at 0.25% of my body weight (75 kg), with an average weekly increase (I’m 50 years old, 30 training days). I want to extend it to 16-20 weeks with the following compounds: 200mg Testosterone, 100mg Primobolan, and 100mg Mastamine, with the possibility of increasing to 200mg Primobolan and Mastamine. I want to be able to endure the entire off-season and not have to stop due to feeling unwell. What do you think of the dosages and compounds for this purpose? On the other hand, I plan to prioritize my upper body over my lower body, especially chest, shoulders, triceps, and back. I was thinking of a push-pull-rest-legs-rest-upper split. I want to extend it to 16-20 weeks with the following compounds: 200mg Testosterone, 100mg Primobolan, and 100mg Mastamine. What do you think? Thank you very much.

I would personally run
Push pull rest upper legs rest repeat
Keep volume low to start 10-14 sets per session and add more if needed .
Rate of gain, 1/0.5 lbs per week will have you feeling superb, don’t rush stay active keeping up your steps &’some cardio if needed.
That cycle will not impact how you feel at all, if possible just keep your eye on your estrogen 🙂 if you feel like your joints are dry and you have very little emotion&’feel flat you may need test higher 🙂

Was this an estrogen sensitive test ? If it isn’t I would take Estro readings with a pinch of salt tbh

251 today, likely will need a nudge with calories to keep my rate of gain going as planned & needed, body is in a very good place and mentally I’m feeling epic!
Legs today, excellent session progressed across board, fun to read back my log and see progress from where I started this training block 6 weeks ago, the real scrap starts now to see some serious progress as it’s getting harder and harder now but that’s also where magic happens.
Few busy days with client work & content but it has flown by as always, never really feels like work tbh so that’s something I need to protect
