    Thanks Kuba for giving us the opportunity to answer our questions. You’re a great role model for us; I don’t know many people with so much passion for what they do. I’m starting my off-season after 24 weeks and a 10-kilo weight loss. I’m planning a 16-20 week off-season at 0.25% of my body weight (75 kg), with an average weekly increase (I’m 50 years old, 30 training days). I want to extend it to 16-20 weeks with the following compounds: 200mg Testosterone, 100mg Primobolan, and 100mg Mastamine, with the possibility of increasing to 200mg Primobolan and Mastamine. I want to be able to endure the entire off-season and not have to stop due to feeling unwell. What do you think of the dosages and compounds for this purpose? On the other hand, I plan to prioritize my upper body over my lower body, especially chest, shoulders, triceps, and back. I was thinking of a push-pull-rest-legs-rest-upper split. I want to extend it to 16-20 weeks with the following compounds: 200mg Testosterone, 100mg Primobolan, and 100mg Mastamine. What do you think? Thank you very much.

    I would personally run

    Push pull rest upper legs rest repeat

    Keep volume low to start 10-14 sets per session and add more if needed .

    Rate of gain, 1/0.5 lbs per week will have you feeling superb, don’t rush stay active keeping up your steps &’some cardio if needed.

    That cycle will not impact how you feel at all, if possible just keep your eye on your estrogen 🙂 if you feel like your joints are dry and you have very little emotion&’feel flat you may need test higher 🙂

    Was this an estrogen sensitive test ? If it isn’t I would take Estro readings with a pinch of salt tbh

    251 today, likely will need a nudge with calories to keep my rate of gain going as planned & needed, body is in a very good place and mentally I’m feeling epic!

    Legs today, excellent session progressed across board, fun to read back my log and see progress from where I started this training block 6 weeks ago, the real scrap starts now to see some serious progress as it’s getting harder and harder now but that’s also where magic happens.

    Few busy days with client work & content but it has flown by as always, never really feels like work tbh so that’s something I need to protect

    Push day 251.6 & check in

    Will take test up again next week and small bump in dht, time to keep cranking it up now. Week 5 back on cycle now looking to hit peak dosing for week 8-9 and then hold for 16/7 weeks.

    Condition has improved if anything this week so I’m pleased, progress across all lifts and extremely productive day of
    Client work, wrote up a lecture filmed for YouTube and did 2 full
    Videos sit down for YouTube.

    Control is king, you don’t see anyone hurting shit with compete and total control and small loading. Now some guys that train extremely hard will take that risk and niggles happen but they can likely always pinpoint reason for it

    It can be down to better sleep quality, I have noticed some people can get sleep disturbance from Gh I simply dose it earlier
    In the day

    I have also seen IM dosing causing sleep issues vs sub c, sub c seems to be better imo down to smoother peak

    Pull 251.5 today, much fuller again which is great recovery is holding up very well

    Epic session, no changes
    Got a new pull down so did an extra set of work on it it’s absolutely superb, old Precor and feedback is immense from members.

    It’s probably one of best pull downs I’ve used yet. Very productive with early wake ups client. Work & new set ups smashed.

    Mentally feeling great again, had it rough post show but as always I’m just using it as a way to move forward and I will.

    For now not changing it, everything is progressing very well volume is 14 sets pull
    12 sets push
    11 sets legs

    Progress is flying if I need more leg Frequency I will run upper lower variation I’ve written up. For now no need

    Rest today 250.8, waking up super hard and dry still, some water as the day goes on which is normal for me.

    Run way is perfect for another 21 weeks of pushing up at least I want to be super patient again, it pays off every time

    Key is the amount you use not type imo, most issues come from just over using them

    Kuba, do you generally remove thyroid completely in off season?

    I do not remove thyroid I move dose up or down based of my blood work, as you get heavier and eat more you will notice that the dose may need to change the same applies as you lose weight and eat less

    250.8 very very lean, staying patient is really paying off I am holding 0 water on this cycle so I will likely up my test again as the body seems to be in a great place

    Few nights of broken sleep energy not affected and last night has a great one

    Training has been flying, big lift progressions as expected now with week 4 back on cycle, my plan is around 22 more weeks 2/3 weeks to hit peak then hold there and push on.

    Appetite is high digestion is amazing, everything moving exactly the way we need it.
