    Hey guys, so we are going to run a devolume.

    I should have really held back when my calories was down and not go in as hard as I have certainly pushed a little over the edge.

    Time to re set I think 3 possible 4 session with devolume and we go ahead

    I have mild ibs, and my digestion really gets sensitive with the prep drugs. I can get painfully bloated and constipated.
    I have tried every fiber supplements, greens, glutamine, probiotics, peppermint oil, nothing helped.
    What finally worked for me is eliminating veggies and almost all fiber. Last prep I only had fiber from white potatoes and small amounts of blueberries.
    No bloating and comfy bowel movements every morning.
    This has actully been studied with similar results to mine:

    Low/0 fiber makes my digestion so much better as well. But the problem for me is if I don’t eat fiber I am hungry all the time. It’s very hard for me to stick to my calorie goal when eliminating fiber. Did you feel the same way, or am I just weak minded and need to suck it up?

    Low fibre may do this temporarily long term it makes digestion worse. Your body won’t be able to handle much food if you get your gut used to 0 fibre [/quote]
    Do you mean that the hunger gets reduced as my body gets used to low fiber, and my issues with hunger will improve? Or do you mean that low fiber is bad in general long term due to this?[/quote]
    Low fibre is bad in general for digestion long term, nothing to do with Appetite my man

    Dont force it, it will come when it comes.

    In prep n2 is going to slow down inevitably regardless of what you use or add. Yes all of the above will help tremendously but it will still be pretty slow when food gets low as there is far less waste.

    Key is having enough fibre and supps like the veggie mite 🙂

    Hey Kuba ! How does Stefan go about caloric increases during off season ? Only when scale and/or performance stalls or always if body comp. allows it and weight or strength could go up a bit quicker ?

    That dose I seen run with women’s bodybuilding I don’t think there is any need to run drugs this high.
