    So I can share my experience here, I did my first show at 16, rebound from this was huge when I competed again at 17/18 I was ALOT bigger and denser.

    Compete get in shape then explode up from there.

    Don’t use ai or sarms

    Add in 25 mg proviron it will help bring androgen levels up slightly so the ratio with estro is better lower test if it doesn’t help

    I don’t think caber can cause mania bud probably driven by your hormones being all over the place

    Yes absolutely, amounts are for a pct your dose doesn’t matter as the dosage will still do the same thing when it comes to shutting you down.

    Imo coming off does more harm than good unless you come off for 2/3 months

    Stay away from decca, eq and tren

    Ideally bud if you are on anti depressants you need to be using as little as possible as anabolics can and will contribute to mood swings if you are already prone to them

    Read back on the leg they haven’t changed bud at all apart from using a differnt leg press since I last posted and swapping my hack for pendulum bud

    Hey I like to keep SOME cyclic dextrose in my intra always even when food is low to aid recovery and performance

    Hi kuba , hope you’re having a great weekend . With your intra workout shake of mps max and sustain do you just sip this from 20 minutes into your workout or do you consume it in one go , ? If the former do you try to have it consumed a certain amount of time before you complete you session . Kind regards

    Hey bud if I consumed my whole intra in one go I would likely be sick I start sipping after my first couple of working sets bud I am to finish 15 minutes before I finish training

    Hi Kuba, better to get any „hard” curl for biceps at the end of pull or legs day? I mean about hammer, barbell curl

    I don’t like hammer or barbell curl I prefer cables they offer a better resistance profile than barbell or hammer curl. Hammer curl is probably the worst bicep move ever invented imo
