    It’s half life is way too long for it to be effective. Poor choice of compound, only used by nhs to save money through less administration

    Water retention

    Use ai as last resort

    Adding proviron would be my first port of call or reducing test

    Try and go as low as possible with ai use

    Totally hilly, I’ve tried it with the powerlifters wnd with already well constructed stack it did nothing at all.

    It would work if you was off cycle or on a very low cycle as for immidiete effect thats likely placebo

    Totally agree, even in powerlifting snd strongmen with the levels of anabolics present adding a base on top has 0’effect

    I found with most guys I help with powerlifting halo pre is king

    No, lowering calories when trying to recover would be like
    Trying to put fire out with wood.

    Keep the calories the same always. Yes it will adjust the energy balance slightly but it is ok

    I prefer protein lower and @stefan is the same. The way Stefan works my diet and supps aligns with what I like and what works well for me

    did you find any improvement on you dorsiflexion (and as a result a better hack/pendulum/leg press) by doing calf work at the beginning of the session?

    Hey Jordan even if I did please don’t feel like you can’t ask anything i love to help and it’s my job bud

    So I didn’t no it actually took away from
    My hamstring work so calf work is back at the end again

    I think ankle mobility improves with just going balls deep and going deeper each time you train
