    Personal choice, if anyone judges imo they are a Tit. Key is to try to be as safe as possible and not allow health to go down shitter. So key word

    Be sensible and use the lowest effective dose if you are to use try to be minimal with the use and get regular blood work.

    Again none of us promote and condone use it I was to be totally honest aside from TRT don’t use it unless you are going to gain from it…. from a career perspective

    How do you know when one should take an AI?

    When you start noticing sides, water retention, sensitivity around the nipple etc first call of action should always be adjusting the stack to mitigate the sides then you should be looking at adding ai as last call of action

    Good morning guys, check in with Stefan this morning.
    266 I actually feel a lot leaner than early in the week, feel pretty tight.

    The look is good, I am having my blood work done today with eval to see how things are. @stefan says we will potentially add some primo if all good.

    When I compare the pictures from today I look leaner than I did at 245 last year.

    Morning kuba . Out of interest what is your usual pre workout concoction? Do you use dial in and pump etc or are you more of a prepare man ? What dosages do you tend to use ? Many thanks

    I do like dail in and pump but to be totally honest I adore prepare. It’s by far the best pre I’ve had.

    I use it to
    Manage androgenic / estrogenic ratio to actually use less ai. It increases your androgen levels.
