266 I actually feel a lot leaner than early in the week, feel pretty tight.The look is good, I am having my blood work done today with eval to see how things are. @stefan says we will potentially add some primo if all good.
When I compare the pictures from today I look leaner than I did at 245 last year.

Morning kuba . Out of interest what is your usual pre workout concoction? Do you use dial in and pump etc or are you more of a prepare man ? What dosages do you tend to use ? Many thanks
I do like dail in and pump but to be totally honest I adore prepare. It’s by far the best pre I’ve had.
